Our group was in town for 7 days on business. The property was located close to everything but out far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We had no issues and depending on our travel party would definitely stay at this location again.
We had a wonderful stay at this home! The architecture is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful design details throughout. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Razorback Stadium, which made game day incredibly convenient. At the same time, the house is tucked far enough away that we didn’t hear any of the stadium noise, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
The house is beautiful!!! Not ideal for small children only because very open, and hear everything. So if littles are up, you will be as well! The couch is not cozy/ soft, very hard. There are two swivel chairs that are great but again, if a group of people or family staying here, the couch will definitely not be a fav! Great second living space downstairs where the third bathroom is located. Neighborhood very quiet and over all feel of house and location is tranquil. Will definitely stay here again.
If you appreciate amazing architecture, nature and UARK then this place is for you. The house itself is amazing. It has been restored to its era with updated bathrooms. Only a few minutes to campus while overlooking a forest was simply amazing too. It rained the whole weekend so we were thankful for the game table area where we could all gather around. We will definitely be back!
