Conveniently, this warming space is just a 25 minute walk to The Shoe where you can enjoy Buckeye Football weekends! Free street parking available for guests.



The Space:

This newly renovated two bedroom and two bath will have you amazed with how cozy it feels! It is perfect for entertaining all while you are sure to have a great night of sleep. Live in the modern comforts of home.



Guest Access:

All check-in instructions are sent out the day of your stay at 8AM. It will include your lockbox code and building door code.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.



Getting Around:

Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

OSU Orientation

Traveled here from Philadelphia for my step daughters OSU orientation. After 7.5 hours in the car, this place was just what we needed. Clean, cozy, comfy....just perfect! Our stay was accompanied with a heat wave, but the AC was top notch. So close to the campus and many other great locations. We will definitely be back to utilize this place to visit our new OSU buckeye!!

Great little apartment

We had a great stay at this location. In town for 10 days to show at the Quarter Horse Congress. Apartment was newly renovated with all the amenities and convenient to the State fairgrounds. Comfortable beds. Builing was quiet. Parking was hut or miss but we always fiund a spot. Will definitely return to this property when we have a need.

Close to everything

We all enjoyed it. We were staying in Columbus as we went to GYC at the greater Columbus convention center. It was within 7 minutes and we could cook and clean etc. place was clean. No major complaints with the room. If I come to Columbus again would definitely consider staying here again.

Lots of clean space, modern kitchen, good bathroom, good bedrooms, for an economical price. Responsive host. Minimal check out requirements. I will add the following to my packing list if I stay again: towels, toiletries, air fresheners (older building). Dear host: Thank you for letting me rent your apartment.

Slumming

What should have been a nice stay was ruined by a company that does not have maintain their locations. Let’s start w basic maintenance. The cheap blinds had broken and missing pieces. A simple replacement would allow the guests the privacy they deserve. People on the street can see in through the broken blinds. Note, they fail to tell you this unit is in the basement of an absolutely disgusting building. The hallways are vile. Zero cleanliness, zero maintenance. A little paint and a mop goes a long way. Speaking of cleaning, our unit was not cleaned. The floor was sticky and flilthy. The counters had not even been wiped to remove the food from the previous occupants. There weee dishes in the dish washer. The toilet paper roll was missing. The electrical outlet is dangerously pulling from the wall. But the most disgusting part of our stay was when we called because you could not control the temperature, the apartment was roasting and wreaked of cigarette smoke. There was no way to turn down the temp. We called and maintenance came and pulled a vile air filter covered in years of dust out of the unit. And then NEVER replaced it. Do not stay here, this company does not care about cleanliness nor basic maintenance.

I've stayed in my share of older college apartments while living near the Ohio State campus, so I don't expect luxury. However, this property fell well below reasonable standards.Upon arrival, the main hallway contained trash and had a strong unpleasant odor. Inside the apartment, there was a noticeable cigarette smell. The thermostat was set to 75F, and the oven was on at 375F when we arrived in June, which was concerning.After staying one night, we noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was significant dust on the air vents and surrounding walls, the dishwasher was not working, and water was seeping through cracks in the flooring. There was also visible water damage on the wall beneath the window. These issues were easily visible but were not shown in the VRBO listing photos.When these concerns were brought to the host's attention, they were not responsive.Overall, I would not recommend this property. The condition of the apartment and the lack of communication from the host made for a disappointing experience.

The hose was super friendly and always responded quickly when I messaged him. The hose was clean but some things seemed a little dirty but maybe it was just old like the shower for example had some dark spots that looked like they had been holes and were patched. Very reasonably priced for being so close to campus. Overall a good place to stay.
