About this property

Poolside Retreat Haven close to MIA Airport

Conveniently located in the heart of Miami. Ample parking in the front area. 3BD/2BATHS inside and half bath outside. Full kitchen and dining room with everything you need for your stay. Outside the patio is very spacious with entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. You have another dining area outside with fridge, and cooler to move around the patio for easy access. Outside laundry with enough supplies for your stay.

Another covered terrace closer to the pool with sitting area, pool table, and foosball table. Relax in the pool and/or jacuzzi while you watch the kids play on the playground suitable for small children. You also have access to a barbecue on the side of the house, inside the laundry closet are grill tools and inside the oven are serve trays for your convenience. There are also lounge chairs if you feel like tanning, beach towels have been provided in every closet, and we always leave sunblock on the half bath for your use.

The property was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Our host was extremely accommodating and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The pool and outside area made this house a dream. We had kids with us and they definitely enjoyed the pool and games outside. We were able to enjoy the outdoor area pretty much everyday we were there. The host was kind enough to warm the pool for us since the weather was unsually cold for Florida and we made the most of our days there. The kitchen has everything you might need and the bathrooms and bedrooms are well stocked too. I would definitely book this property again.

Unfortunately it rained every day. The one day my husband got into the pool, he didn't even make it to the deep end when it poured down rain, and he had to get out. The weather was not our friend. That made the house, which was air conditioned so cold a problem... we had to open the windows (wasting your air conditioned air /' but had no choice in order to warm up the house a bit, but still had to bundle up in blankets so we didn't freeze, the outside air between rain storms was much warmer than inside the house... otherwise, everything, down to the flashlight with batteries, was just perfect! Many thanks!

I’m sorry the weather did not cooperate during your visit — unfortunately that’s something we can’t control, and rainy days can definitely affect plans for enjoying the pool. I do wish we had been able to connect during your stay. The AC thermostat can easily be adjusted, and we would have been happy to help make the temperature more comfortable for you. We also attempted to reach you through the app and by phone because the pool cycle switch had been turned off, which caused the pool and heater to run continuously. Better communication during your stay would have allowed us to quickly address these things and help make your experience even more comfortable. We’re glad to hear that otherwise you enjoyed the home and appreciated the amenities. Thank you again for staying with us!

We just loved, the space out side is amazing, the pool, park and table pool was awesome for our family and children, so much fun, this house have everything for a beautiful time family, the location is very good too, supermarket just 2 min driving! Best stay in Miami!

My friends and I stayed for a few days during my graduation weekend. The house was gorgeous, clean, super comfortable and had everything we needed. Yoima and Yunior were not only quick to respond but so kind and welcoming as well; we really appreciated them! The backyard is large and has tons to do, our favorite part was swimming every second we possibly could:)

Great stay in a great home

My family and I needed to make a trip to Miami to handle family business and finding this house was the best thing that happened. It was the perfect stress reliever because my girls had so much fun on the playground and swimming in the pool almost every day. The decor was lovely and the renovations were tastefully done. One of my favorite features were the extra security locks on the doors. It gave us an extra sense of security at night and during the day as it ensured that our girls didn’t go out to the pool unsupervised. Great idea and we totally recommend booking this house.

Wven tho the weather was too chilly to enjoy the pool, the outdoor accommodations were pleanty to keep my family happy! We played pool, fuseball, sat around the outside table for meals. Its a beautiful home, pvery clean with plenty of room for all 7 of us!
