•Kitchen has all the essentials including Nespresso, microwave, stove and oven.
•Dining table and chairs great cor dining and ideal as a workstation.
•Large balcony with table and chairs.
•Bedroom has a Queen bed with built in robe.
•Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
•Separate European laundry.
•Split system air conditioning for heating/cooling with separate units for living/dining area and the bedroom.

There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, with a few literally around the corner!
Supermarket, laundry and pharmacy are all a short walk away.
There is a well equiped gym across the street which offers casual access for a small fee.
Rundle Mall is short stroll (5 minutes) as is Rymill Park (7 minutes) and the nearest tram stop is a 10 minute walk.

There is plenty of on street parking which is free after 6pm Mon-Fri, after 12pm Saturday and all day Sunday (metered at other times).
