This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Really clean! Great location and the pool was great. The kids loved the jetted tub and our stay was super comfortable. Great beds and pillows and lots of room to unpack. Very open and spacious with a great view.

Beautiful condo with easy beach access

Our family spent 4 days here. We loved the easy beach and pool access and the short drive to downtown. The condo was in great condition and fit our family of 5 with our dog easily.

Lovely Location!

We had a very relaxing trip! It was just a little off-putting since the place smelled very strong of fish. It was a jarring first impression. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach! We had fun watching 80s music videos on the Roku!

Unit could be better stocked (no kitchen trash bags, only 1 roll paper towel, only 2 laundry packets for 4 people for 5 days), but they were very responsive (on a holiday) when more was requested. We appreciated the decor was simple, no need to move fragile items out of the way. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Location

Overall we were happy with our stay, it's a great location right on the beach and easy to get to everything in town. A couple of down sides were the constant construction going on in this neighborhood, wish that was noted in the listing. And while the host didn't seem to be a person, rather a corporation, they were responsive, but not timely. We didn't get check-in instructions or the details needing a parking pass until well after we were in route, ie no printer. We made it work and the rest was great.

Just What We Needed! We will be back

The condo is beautiful! Extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. The very large jacuzzi tub is impressive! The TV was perfect for nighttime. The beach is very close. We had so much fun flying a kite with our 3 year old son. The short drive down to the ports with all the gift shops is a must see. The pool is clean and warm. The complex is quiet. I could go on and on. I don’t want to leave but we will be back. And a shoutout to Misty with Vacations by the sea for being so kind and understanding. You’re a wonderful person. 🙏💛

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a little disappoint in this unit, it was not as well stocked as the others we have been in. Had to ask for ironing board. No instructions for how to work the tv. We are quilters and could not under stand how there could be an iron and no ironing board. We finally gave up trying to watch tv as no instructions. The one good thing large table for our sewing. Also did not inform us about construction until the week be for we could have gone to another unit if we had known sooner. We will not rent this unit again.

We saw wildlife in the perimeter of the condo, which was cool. I’m not sure who loved our beach time more.. my son or my dog?! The only miss was not having a large cooking pot to steam clams in.
