If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY - $500 fine.
Put the dirty towels and sheets in the washing machine, put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, take out all the garbage. Turn off all the lights.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS. If smoke or cigarette smell is you will incur a $200 fine.

One of the cleanest houses we’ve ever stayed in! It was exactly as described. Perfect for a family trip to Hershey.
