Few details of property.

The last day details of where and how to move in, Parking too far in a third building. Only one key was given which could not be duplicated. Door fences are inoperative. No physical manager in the building.

Needs a lot of improvement

Ants…which they know about since there were traps already there; bathtub drain very slow so tub fills with water; moldy shower curtain, black soot on ceiling fan blades; stained curtains, carpeting and furniture; dirty glass table tops and sliding glass doors; extremely limited kitchen dish ware and utensils. No hair dryer. Furniture not as pictured, cheap and uncomfortable! Had to reach out to prop mgr to get access to property the day of check-in. Air vents and exhaust vents look like they’ve never been cleaned.
