Christmas Cove Villa w/Pickleball 4 Bedrooms sleeps up to 8, 4 Bathrooms with 1 Pool. The villa’s vaulted ceiling design is enhanced on both levels by a grand modern chandelier that cascades from the second floor. Bedrooms 1-2 are on the lower level and bedrooms 3-4 are on the upper level.

***In the event of any power outage, the property has a generator on site***

The villa resort sits within the walking route used by many Ritz-Carlton Hotel guests for their early morning walk. It’s a 10 minutes' drive to popular Red Hook restaurants and nightlife district and the St. John ferry terminal, and a 9-minute walk to nearby Vessup Beach and the Ritz Carlton Beach.

The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed — a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of shower and beach towels, and even a box of helpful beach gear that included a cooler, snorkel equipment, and beach chairs. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay.We made great use of the outdoor space, starting each morning with coffee on the patio and ending each day there to relax and unwind. The views were stunning — a perfect mix of ocean sounds and sailboats passing by, creating a peaceful, vacation-worthy atmosphere.While the villa is tucked away on the more remote Cabrita Point, it's conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the dining options in Red Hook and the Food Center grocery store.If we return to St. Thomas, we would absolutely stay here again.

My group (3 adults, 4 Girl Scouts) stayed here for 4 nights and LOVED it! It is a very cute old house with everything you need. I was delighted that there were plenty of towels for all 7 of us. There were kitchen items (coffee, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher pods) and bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent) that I wasn't expecting to be there. The host was amazing with communication, and asking multiple times how we were. I recommended a toaster for future travelers, and one was delivered within an hour! You can't beat that customer service! We also had a plumbing issue our last night, and they were very easy to reach by phone.Being from out of state, the area seemed fine/safe. We weren't scared walking around or anything (we walked everywhere). We did have random people sit on the porch, who told us they didn't think anyone lived there. They did nothing to bother us though.We could have used a couple more blankets, but not needed enough to ask for them. My only con was the off street parking, as this was on my "must have" list when searching for a place to stay. The spot is plenty big enough, but there is unfortunately a palm tree growing right in it. I got quite the scratch on the side of my car. You can't just pull straight in, you have to maneuver around the tree, and I just couldn't see it in my mirrors.

Hi Corey, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, I believe there may have been a mix-up with a previous stay, as some of the details you mentioned don’t align with our property. For instance, we do have designated parking located directly in front of the villa you stayed in, and no palm tree in the drive way to maneuver around either. Each of our villas is equipped with a toaster. Additionally, we did not receive any report of plumbing issues during your stay, nor was any maintenance visit arranged—this further suggests there may have been some confusion.
