We had the perfect stay. Nancy is an amazing host - every detail was thought through to make it a seamless stay. The condo is very clean and has spectacular sunset and sunrise views The beach access is simple. The pool is heated There are great restaurants across the street. I can’t think anything that could have made it a better stay.

Incredible views!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Nancy's condo! From the stylish decor to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was perfect. The host's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel right at home. The convenience of the location combined with the absolutely incredible views both on the Gulf of Mexico and on the intra-coastal made my stay super enjoyable. Can't wait for to book this gem again!

Great condo, very nice vacation

We had a great time at the property. The condo is well maintained and stocked. The beach and pool are awesome. Close the restaurants. Property guards are very friendly and the booking and check out process are easy. I would definitely like to come back in the future,

September at the Beach

Great views from each balcony, was a good deal for the price, we enjoyed our stay, condo had been remodeled but may have been several years ago?? Both bathroom sinks were clogged badly and drain stoppers didn't work, grout in both bathrooms and on floors throughout the condo pretty dirty, couch seemed pretty old but Sand Key Beach was a great place to stay and the Clearwater Jolly Trolly system was very convenient and inexpensive.

Paradise!

We had such a great and relaxing time! This condo was so comfortable. Equipped with anything you will need during your stay. And a great location! Directly on the Gulf. It has two balconies one over looking the Gulf and the other overlooking the intercostal. Gorgeous views wherever you choose to relax. And close to restaurants and little shops. Nancy was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and helpful. Another wonderful amenity was the parking spot in the covered parking garage. It was right next to the entrance to the elevator which was great for toting groceries in and great for keeping your car cool during the hot sunny days.We highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday soon!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Our month long stay on Sand Key was perfection! The condo is clean and comfortable and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach stay! The location of the property is ideal! The beach in front of the condo is gorgeous and vast and relatively quiet... but if you want a more lively beach experience, you can hop on the Trolley and head over the bridge to Clearwater Beach! It's also close enough and safe to walk over the bridge as well if you want some exercise. (Of course, the daily beach walks are wonderful!) We can't say enough about how fabulous the owner was to deal with!! Nancy was so kind and thoughtful and fun to communicate with! She immediately felt like a friend! If we can find an available month to go back to this condo, we would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. It was exactly as described in the post... but even BETTER!

from sunrise to sunset

Very quiet place, exactly as described, with fantastic view of sunrise from one balcony and sunset from another. If fills like home, not a hotel unit, and this is exactly what I wanted. Everything you may need for the beech is there, so you do not need to bring much! Communication with the Nancy (owner) was great. Defiantly recommend this place.

Amazing and Relaxing

This property is top notch. The owner, Nancy, was a delight to interact with. She was beyond helpful and quick to respond. The condo was simply perfect for our family of 4. Anything and everything was conveniently available. The condo staff were pleasant and friendly. The location couldn’t be more be perfect. Our month there flew by, and we can’t wait to return next summer!!

Beautiful views of the ocean and bay.

I’ve always wanted to go to Clearwater and this rental made it easy, perfect location. It wasn’t actually in Clearwater you had to walk over the bridge but I would walk every morning and walk in to Clearwater and if I got too tired I would take the trolley back to the rental.

Amazing Sunsets

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was a breeze. Great location and beautiful sunsets. 30 dollars give you use of the trolley for a month. Ride back and forth to your favorite places without worrying about parking or having a few beers. Would highly recommend.

A great holiday

We love this area and this condo. Everything that we needed was there. The owners were excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. Great views of the beach and access to the beach. The building and grounds are very clean and secure. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant.

Owners are excellent communicators & concerned you have a good stay

The best features are the front & back patios which allow you to sit comfortably in the shade when it's hot. The sunsets enjoyed on the back patio are always a joy. The king bed in the master is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with both china & plastic options, lots of silverware etc. Good Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach. You will enjoy your stay as I have for several years in a row.

Fabulous condo with awesome views!!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Pattersons' lovely condo. Every single thing that one would want was there. And it was all in such good shape, almost like new. The views were just spectacular. We can't say enough good things about the condo and its furnishings. The pool was large and very clean at all times. Joe the maintenance super couldn't have been nicer. Also the security guards were the best. All in all, it was perfect. We will certainly be back to enjoy this wonderful condo on the beach!! Thanks to Nancy and George for providing such a great place.

Beautiful place! We would be returning customers!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect for our family of five (three kids each had their bed) Everything we needed was there from beach gear to kitchen equipment. The master bedroom is very roomy and the natural light is beautiful. There is a big walk in closet, a balcony with acces from the master bedroom and living room. Tiles all over the condo wich I love. We found the bed/mattress in the master very confortable. The interior design is beautiful, beachy and up to date, including the kitchen. Everything is clean. It was our first beach front experience and we really enjoyed. Outstanding views of the bay and sea. Sunsets on the beach were just magnificent... Couldn't get tired of those... Sand Key is quiet and beautiful (that's what we wanted), minutes away from Clearwater beach that is more touristy and has more nightlife. The kids were able to catch tiny fish, there were lots of shells to hunt and we even encountered dolphins every day. One time meters away from us. About the sea: some days we had just enough waves to use the surf boards and others it was very quiet like a mirror. We also got to experience the ecclipse of the sun on the beach which was cool. Getting out of the beach area and in to the city will take you at least 15 minutes for grocery stores and shopping. There was more traffic during weekends going trough Clearwater beach and into town... Renovations on the 1st floor took us (and the owner!) by surprise. This caused drilling noise on and off during the day from 9am to about 5pm for about a week or two. We also had to make a small detour to access the beach. Not that big of a deal though...we still enjoyed our stay. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, always available to answer our questions. Communication was very efficient also. We would be happy returning customers!

Mycket fin och välutrustad lägenhet. Nära till stranden, uppvärmd pool och två balkonger.

Du bor på en fin strand och har nära till allt. Det tar ca fem minuter att ta sig över bron till Clearwater Beach med bil. Där finns pulsen och ett antal restauranger och en hel del shopping. Lägenheten har två balkonger där du kan välja om du vill titta utöver bukten eller Gulfen. Lägenheten är smakfullt inredd och praktisk för en familj på fyra till fem personer. Jag rekommenderar varmt detta boende och kommer gärna tillbaka.
