Welcome to our cozy home in Orlando, a tranquil retreat on a golf course. We have plenty of amenities and all Disney, Universal and legoland parks, also best shopping outlets in Orlando close by. Enjoy our swimming pool, grill zone and pool table. Community amenities like a restaurant in a lake and tennis course could also be used. Just updated with a pool heater for daily fee of 25 dollars if requested available to use anytime but especially on cold weather season. Please not party property

We had a delightful stay at this property. It was very enjoyable for our vacation to Legoland with our children. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family. The host was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Would definitely stay again!

House is in a nice gated community. Over all the house is nice. Air conditioner froze on first day was asked to leave it off for 4 hours during the hot part of the day to fix it which was not ideal. Was given no instructions on checking in ,no warning about security gate nor any checkout information. Over allI give it three stars. After not hearing from the host 24 hours before checkin I drove to the house a few hours early due to an issue with my wife’s mobility scooter only got messages back after I arrived at house. Host was kind enough to let us in early. But communication was very difficult

We appreciate your feedback and sorry that you feel like that, we will answer to every concern, first, the house was busy that morning, so we have to wait for the cleaning crew for the green light And the code for the door, the AC it got frozen because you lowered to 66 in one shot when it was on 77, obviously will get frozen, in 3 years we never had any issues or complaints about the AC, and your very welcome that we let you in couple hours earlier without notice, about the security the may be doing their job checking the way that they should do, about the check out all instructions are on the property instructions like everybody follows. Really we don’t understand the complaints, if you read the reviews nothing that you said we never had a problem before, and you forgot to say that in a minute that you guys froze the AC was my person on charge got the house, checking who told us right there was going on with the unit, so we did our to solve the problem in a minute that you let’s us know, we never been called to our personal phone number before and you guys didn’t stop to call or text, we appreciate if be over the app or customer service representative. Thank you for visiting our a house but please next time find another house. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our two and a half month stay. The house and pool are well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs during our stay. We would highly recommend this property for short term or long term stays.

my family and I loved this property, it was our first time renting in the area & we chose the best option, the house was beautiful, super cozy & had everything we needed since we traveled with kids. i definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfy place that feels like home.

Beautiful home neatly organized and clean. Looks small from outside but is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for family or group. We where happy whit out stay.

The biggest issue as others have mentioned - check in instructions. Absolutely no contact in the lead up to the 3 week stay. Messaged the host on the Monday before we were due to arrive Wednesday. Was told cleaners could change code and we would be provided ASAP. This never happened. 9 hour flight and we landed, messaging the host as we had no code still. Tried to call host also no answer. Finally got sent the code via message on the way to the villa. The hosts did apologise.The stress this added to our travel day was totally unnecessary and the fact this is a recurring theme now in recent reviews from other guests is concerning to say the least. Keep this in mind when booking.The Villa itself is spacious and relatively modern. A few outlets not working and some unusual switches for lighting etc.The bottom of the pool looks like it did need a clean also - unsure of scheduling for this being done.Overall a great stay and would recommend but definitely need to sort out check in and check out instructions, we also had to message the host to confirm what had to be done prior to leaving and that would make both guests and hosts lives much easier and much smoother process.

Check in was difficult because of problems with the VRBO app. We were there late afternoon the first day and then the second day while we were I the pool maintenance people came and were looking over the screening. It was uncomfortable because it was two men. I feel that those things should be done when people check out or before they check in.

Thank you for visiting our house for your gate away, we do our best to maintain the at the best all the time, the house been blessed been full back to back, we try to maintain the house when is empty but been in use almost everyday, companies on charge particularly they have their own schedule for different services to keep the house al the best condition as you saw it, we don’t have any control about their schedule because they don’t work only us. No problems but the parking is in the street and the sprinklers soak the car thats parked in the street. Overall, it was terrific, very clean and a great place to cool off and sleep. AAAAAAAAAAAAA host.
