Host was very attentive and a very caring person. Did everything she could to make my stay perfect. Nice place in a nice location. Beds were firmer than I prefer but that is a personal preference.

Thank you! We do like a firmer mattress!! But it is good to know that guests would prefer something a little softer!
Very clean and comfortable cottage. Beautiful and quiet location. Only issue was that the railing on bunk bed was completely broken and made top bunk unusable. That should be repaired but otherwise a nice stay.

I am glad you enjoyed! I am trying to understand why there were so much blood on the blankets. and sheets. The bunk bed broke and the blinds also broke...
Perfect location for relaxing …Close to the nice towns of Highland and Milford!
We chose this house for its location to a dog field trial event in Highland, Michigan. Such a nice bonus to come back to beautiful sunsets off of the lakefront patio of this VRBO property!
The lakefront location is unbeatable! We had a great time in this relaxed neighborhood. The property features a spacious deck with a perfect view, a fire pit, a large TV, and ample parking. We would definitely consider coming back someday. Thank you!
Lovely house, awesome deck. Close to shopping and restaurants. Property is on a shallow inlet between 2 lakes. Fishing is not possible from the property. No hot tub, despite it being listed in amenities.
We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean.

Thank you for your stay! I hope u had a great time!
I will make notes and inform guests of the stairs…
We came in from Denver to visit my elderly father and other family members. It was a perfect location to see the fireworks, to have family members over for a bbq and to fish the canal off the dock! Mornings on the back patio are so beautiful and quiet! The house was clean and inviting. The owners were out of the county and still returned my text when I had questions. The only thing I would say would be to make the description a little more accurate as far as the entry points to the house. There are 3 entry points to the house; through the basement and up the stairs to the main level, (which is the one the code worked on), the path to the back patio, (which is the only way my elderly father who gets around with a walker could access the house since the other 2 entries had stairs, and up the stairs to a (kind of) front door that we could only access from inside the house. But overall, we were very happy!
We were very happy with our stay. 2 couples and a dog. We loved the view from the deck. Lots of birds (including a few swans on the water). Kitchen and living area were very nice. Love the modern decor and very roomy. Plenty of hot water for showers. While we appreciated the pet friendly, the house smelled like pets so future guests may want to know. And the basement smelled like a damp basement. This is an older home with some tricky steps.
