The KOKOPELLI HOUSE at Lake Powell, WINNER OF 2015 POOL OF THE YEAR, is a gorgeous luxurious home of over 4400 square feet under roof with an additional 2000 usable exterior SF that sits on over an acre of private land bordering open space high on the Manson Mesa overlooking spectacular LAKE POWELL, the beautiful COLORADO RIVER, stunning desert plateaus, mesas, canyons, cliffs and plateaus. If you are looking for a comfortable, luxurious place to base out in exploring this vast legendary area, or if you wish to relax with a cold drink on the patio and marvel at the magnificent desert and lake scenery, this home is ideal. The sunsets on the balcony overlooking the fantastic pool and waterfalls are EPIC!

With TWO Master Suites featuring custom-designed and hand-carved king-sized BEDS, a QUEEN bed en suite can be used alone or as a family suite with the adjacent bunk room. The Hohokam suite is our bunk room with a handmade custom Suagro bunk bed. An oversized extra-long SINGLE over an oversized extra-long FULL bed is ideal for additional adults or kids; there is plenty of privacy for everyone. When the bunk room is not used, the Hopi suite (Queen Bed) enjoys its connected private bath and has the best views of the house! The entertainment/game room has a comfortable memory foam Queen pull-out sofa, which sleeps two more for added sleeping flexibility, and a memory foam futon. MAX is 12. The rate is for up to 8 guests. Guests 9-12 incur an additional guest fee of $35.00/p/n. Pac-N-Play, High Chair, and Toddler bed are available upon request.
Due to liability issues, the gas fire pits are unavailable for guest use. However, we offer our bioethanol fire pits throughout the property and the outdoor kiva fireplace for six fire pit options. Our new bioethanol fire-pit seating area is excellent for stargazing or enjoying a relaxing fire.

Please Note: SECURITY CAMERAS on the Kokopelli House property overlook the courtyard and front gate entrance. There are exterior perimeter cameras on both adjacent neighboring homes that may have a partial view of the outside property at the Kokopelli House that is also clearly visible to the general public and where no reasonable expectation of privacy should be expected. The neighbor’s SECURITY CAMERAS primarily serve as a deterrent to trespassing and to capture forensics during a break-in or home invasion. The respective neighbors control access to surveillance data.
