Joe has an excellent studio in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach. It was honestly one of the best places we've stayed in Maui.The studio was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and Joe has really thought of everything — including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, great towels, and all the little things that make a stay more comfortable.Joe was also very friendly and always available and willing to help with anything we needed.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Joe, for providing such a great place and experience in Maui. Highly recommended!

A great find with a fantastic view of the ocean from the lanai! A quiet location and the condo has everything you need to feel right at home. Windows open for an ocean breeze and sounds of waves crashing in the evening. Beach gear provided for a day in the sun and a little slice of heaven awaits with your stay in 116!

Great Place

Quiet Beautiful Spot in Napili

The room is lovely and updated. It is stocked with everything you need for a great beach trip. The lanai has a great view of the beach from the side. The unit is quiet and peaceful. Beach access is super easy. We had a wonderful time!

Napili short stay

Short vacation to celebrate birthday. After a little hiccup with check-in, things went very smoothly. Condo is immaculate, lots of supplies including snorkel gear, chairs, etc. Great snorkeling at the beach and awesome location. Highly recommend staying here.

We knew the location was great right on Napoli beach but we were really impressed with how modern and how they thought of everything. We only stayed two nights this time but will be back for a longer stay next time. Brad and Linda

Such a perfect location without all the crowds! The unit is about a 50 foot walk to the ocean and the beach is flat for sun and swimming enjoyment!! The unit was remodeled recently and looks brand new and clean. It has all the amenities you would need for your stay. The back lanai has a bistro set where you can watch the ocean waves right outside your room. Even though the unit doesn't have A/C, the ceiling fans do the trick in circulating the air and there is a beautiful cross breeze that makes this a tropical paradise to stay at!And you are so close to wonderful restaurants that you can even walk to. Nearby there is also a market, nail/hair salon, and pickleball court. You are just a short drive to Lahaina and Whalers Village too.Will definitely come back and stay here!

Great Location

The Napili Bay is a great location with easy parking and great amenities. This unit is remodeled unlike some of the others that my friends had rented. The only thing that would make this unit better would be AC.
