This property is a great space for a full family. There is ample comfortable seating for a family of 6 in the living room and a large dining table for meals together. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pool table was a favorite and many games were played while staying at this property. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles adding to the convenience of the location. We flew from the Ontario airport and it was a quick 25 minute drive. The back patio is a beautiful space to enjoy an evening drink or catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We had ample towels, bedding, and pillows for all of us. The kitchen came with a variety of coffee and tea pods along with a large selection of spices and seasonings to cook with. A full set of pots/pans/dishes were also available making our meal preparations a snap. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is virtually zero traffic and nestled in a nice neighborhood. The space is pet friendly and also has a large crate in the living room if your pet is crate trained for sleeping. The wifi worked great for our devices and the tv's all had a large variety of streaming apps available to use. We would definitely rent from this host/property if visiting the Riverside area in the future.

Dog friendly

Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Host was immediately responses. All directions were clear and easy to follow. There was no stone left unturned for our stay. Would highly recommend for per lovers.

I've been hosting my home as a short term rental since 2018. When it's not rented (which isn't very often), I live here. I've been a licensed Realtor since 1979. I'm the innkeeper, the house keeper, the maid, the maintenance man the construction crew and I do most of the gardening. I'm an old guy (69 at this writing). I'm a nice man that treats my guests well. I reply to my text messages quickly and take care of issues (which are rare) as quickly as possible. Because I've been hosting so long, I've thought of most everything but I'm always willing to learn.

The home is close to downtown Riverside, UCR, Mission Inn, and Riverside hospital and many other sites.

What makes this property unique

The furniture in the home is mostly heavy, carved wood. There is a very nice pool table in the family room/dining area. The living room has a nice leather couch, love seat and chair. It has a big 70" TV. Each bedroom also has its own TV with the same streaming subscriptions. The backyard is huge, a great place to relax with friends or family.
