Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this 4-bedroom home in Loma Linda is perfect for families and meet-ups, with a spacious common area. A California King master bedroom, ground-level Queen bed with accompanying ground-level full bath, a children's room with crib and two twin beds, and a study with a futon that can double as a double bed. Extra bedding with a blow-up Queen mattress for the groups that need a little extra, and comfortable sofas are downstairs.

We hope our home is a place to relax and connect with family and loved ones. Rock-solid Wifi with a printer if needed for those that need to do a little working from home, and two Roku smart TV's. An outdoor sandbox and private backyard with a covered patio are wonderful places to enjoy the SoCal weather.

The kitchen is stocked and ready for even large groups. We welcome any suggestions about new amenities to offer you and future guests!

Please note that two street-facing cameras monitor the property at all times (garage and doorbell entrances). Your privacy will be honored at all times unless there are questions or concerns. Check-in is contactless via keycode upon booking.

Home was very clean. Host was excellent with responding in a timely manner and making sure our stay was wonderful and it was. We loved how the house was kid-friendly. Host even allowed us to pick lemons and calamansi (Philippine citrus) from the backyard trees. Our family was in town for a funeral and the home gave us a comfortable place to rest and have a place for some people over to comfort us. Home is close to a grocery store and 2 parks and quiet neighborhood. Definitely will rent this place again in the future.

My wife grew up in Loma Linda and I spent several years there, and we still have family in the area. We love facilitating others by providing a space in the Inland Empire area. There really isn't a "winter" in Socal and we love the sun.

We love the quiet cul-de-sac that is so great for our kids. We enjoy visiting nearby friends and family in Loma Linda and Redlands.

What makes this property unique

A high-ceiled spacious common area is perfect for hosting family gatherings, and we love providing a relaxing space to connect with family and friends. We have a crib on-site in the children's room as well as a separate office that can double as a bedroom. Rock solid Wifi that should serve whatever connection needs you might have. We have a dedicated backyard with multiple varieties of fruit trees.
