They tell you there is no house keeping so you don’t expect to come into a prestine rental, you are to clean when you leave. Unfortunately the renters before us did nothing so I spent two hours cleaning when I got there. The throw rugs were so filthy I just put them off to the side for our stay. The blinds are all broken, the mattress covers are stained, and there is cardboard under one of the coffee table legs to make it level. I will say the location is great but they need to refresh the place!

The house was in an ideal location as we stayed a quick two nights to attend a wedding in Portsmouth. We were 8 adults and everything we needed was there after we brought our own sheets and towels. Would definitely look to stay again.

Great property, exactly as described. Hosts are quick communicators and very accommodating. Please accurately read the description because this host asks that each renter clean the house themselves. There's no cleaning fee which makes this a very affordable property.

Great location, half a block from the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. House was clean, we brought sheets and towels but everything else was provided. No cleaning service at this house so you have to clean before you leave but all the supplies are provided to clean. Nice outside deck and patio to use.
