I have decided not to say nothing negative about people, but this guest right here was just trouble, first she tried to question me about the insurance VRBO charges to cover bookings, I’m not in charge of any reservations until it’s made, then couldn’t properly read door instructions, I still guided them through it. I noted where all the utensils were kept. Box spring was in front of my garage not mattress, for the trash guys to pick up. You just can’t please people.

Good morning Kimberly, Thank you for your review and apologies again for the miscommunication on our end. We had a glitch with our platform used to manage bookings and cleanings. I’m glad you guys enjoyed your stay eventually.

First of all, I’ll like to note that I was at the very Edge of calling VRBO and having them cancel this booking because of the way this guest showed me they could be trouble from the Message thread prior to them arriving. Houses (duplexes & single family) are built without ceiling fan in rooms in MOST Jones, but they do have vents. What Hotel rooms have Fans in them? Are you just Slow or want to complain. This guest was just reckless, dumped whole bunch of solid in the sink, then when the garbage disposer got Stuck and stopped working, they didn’t Even turn it off before notifying me. I came in there and noticed switch was still on with the disposer not working. How do your daughters feel unsafe in a Home where you have the lock Access to? You know the Noise hours in the area which is included in the Home Details, if a neighbor goes past that (which doesn’t Happen over here) you call the law. My House rules were totally ignored. I guess I have to let people know there’s no fan in a room in my home when you clearly see the pictures in the listing. Horrible guests and family!!
