Absolutely amazing stay! This cozy, beautifully designed VRBO felt like a five-star hotel straight out of HGTV! Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, from the stocked coffee and snacks to the mints by the bed. The host was wonderful, and everything was perfect. We can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the Hooting Haus for a family weekend. The special touches of hospitality on arrival created a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with amenities. The modern rustic decor was a lovely respite for a comfortable and restful weekend while visiting the PSU campus. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for a future visit!

We loved every minute of our stay! The place was really cozy and beautifully decorated. All the little touches our host left for us were so thoughtful - a hand written note to congratulate our graduate along with prosecco, cheese and crackers, gourmet popcorn, muffins for breakfast….everything was perfect! We will be back for sure.

Hooting Haus

This house was even better than the description. The host had the house perfectly ready for our late evening arrival. All the special touches (fireplace glowing, music playing, snacks ready). It was so adorable & quaint & comfy & perfect for our PSU weekend. I will definitely book again.

My daughters and I stayed the evening at this incredibly cozy and beautifully appointed home, for a concert. Upon our arrival music was playing, place was spotless, the electric stove was softly flickering and we were instantly at home. The hot tub made for the perfect nightcap despite the below freezing temps. Core memories were made. We enjoyed this space so much that we plan to attend future concerts in Penn State with the hopes of staying here again. Our host Hilee was more than accommodating, available for questions with seamless check-in and check-out! 10/10 “Hilee” recommend!!
