Pool - Opens April 1st and closes September 30th for the 2025 season!!



Retreat to one of the four bedrooms upstairs, each thoughtfully furnished with plush bedding and comfortable amenities.



Master Suite: King-size bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.



Guest Bedrooms: Two rooms with queen-size beds and one room with twin beds, offering cozy and unique spaces for every guest.



House Rules: This home allows a maximum of two (2) dogs. Each dog is a pet fee of $50 each per stay. This home does not allow smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.

We had a great time staying at the house! Plenty of space for us & the kids enjoyed having the pool during the warm weather. A relaxed feel, quiet street, clean and inviting. Definitely recommend!

Lovely home

We stayed here for several weeks while our hardwoods were replaced. The home was well appointed and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Base Camp for Duke Graduation

It was a very quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. We were not there much due to Duke graduation activities. The beds were very comfortable. I thought when I booked this home about 8 months ago it described master bedroom on 1st floor but it was upstairs with other 3 bedrooms. I’m in my 70s and did not like climbing stairs. I also am not hip to only streaming TV so I could not use the tvs. I’m sure most guests can handle the streaming. Wish we could have had more time at the home to relax and enjoy because it had a beautiful backyard.

Dissappointed

Third party management group wasn't ideal to work with. I asked for and was willing to pay early check in but was told a group was in house and couldn't. I understood, but the outside area was a mess. I realize the pool wasn't to be open till May, but pool floaties and toys were strewn around and no care was taken to make it appealing. Dining room chairs were damaged and poorly fixed to the point someone almost sat through one. Disposal didn't work, no paper towels provided and the trash cans were FULL to the brim though the day we checked in was trash collection day and should have been emptied. I am disheartened as I was the planner for this trip with family and left disappointed in my choice.
