Escape to this modern, brand new spacious 2-story downtown Raleigh townhome-style condo with easy access to restaurants, events, shopping, entertainment, and culture.
Kitchen: Large gourmet kitchen with the tools necessary to fix a fancy meal. Don't want to cook? We are more than happy to give dining suggestions just a short walk or drive away.
Living Room: Expansive living room with 75-in. TV and fast Wi-Fi. Comes with Youtube TV and Disney +. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
Bedrooms: 2 BR with king beds and 2 BR with queen beds

The space
The property is a two-story townhome style condo with an expansive large open floor plan with a spacious large kitchen, dining area and living room connected to a covered balcony.
One of the smaller bedrooms is on the main floor with a half bath and three additional bedrooms are on the top floor with two full bathrooms. The laundry room is also on the top floor.
There is a one car garage in addition to a parking space in front of the one-car garage. There is additional street parking available.
The front door faces a small courtyard area with green space and eventually a water feature.
Guest access
Guest can use the whole property/condo. There is one locked pantry area that we use for supplies and storage and one locked closet upstairs.

PLEASE READ: This is a two-story townhome style condo on the 3rd and 4th stories with private stairs. Please note there are a lot of stairs, but we think the space is worth it.
Please also note, as this is a new development, there is ongoing construction. With the proximity of this location to downtown Raleigh, there is city noise and some construction noise.

Hello, my name is Trevor and I was born and raised in the Raleigh area. I love to travel, enjoy good food, and hanging out with my lovely wife and friends.
My wife and I handle all of the communication for the home and live about 15 minutes away in case an emergency or if something is needed in the home.
We truly enjoy hosting and creating enjoyable experiences for our guests. We have a great amount of knowledge of the area, so do not hesitate to ask about anything you have questions about!
