The bedroom features two queen beds, giving up to four guests plenty of room to settle in comfortably. The apartment also includes a full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living space, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for relaxing after a day in town.

Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer views of downtown, while the historic details throughout the apartment give the space plenty of character.

Step outside and you’ll be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, nightlife, and the WVU Downtown campus. The WVU Coliseum and Mountaineer Field are approximately 3 miles away.

Please note: The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator. Parking is not included, but public parking options are available nearby.

It's a cute place nicely located closed to town. We walked to everything which was great. Very clean, comfortable beds. Husband had difficulty sleeping the first night due to street noise, but turning AC unit on created the temperature and white noise he needed.

Stayed for the weekend in the apartment for my son's graduation from WVU. Awesome location. Lots of things within walking distance including downtown night life. Great time! Thanks!

We would definitely stay here again, excellent communication from the ower, spacious apartment, clean, and even gave parking recommendations. Its in a good location with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distances. Bring your own pillow unless you prefer overstuffed firm pillows.

I was in town for my niece’s graduation from law school. The property location was convenient. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would recommend for future guests.

Great Stay

It was perfect for our girls trip. Clean, spacious, nice decor, dishes, very comfortable couches and beds. Wouldn’t want a hotel room if this place is available. Walking distance to everything. Could use a full length mirror somewhere in the unit.

Girls trip

I came to Morgantown to visit my friends from WVU as we have all graduated and moved away. This property was one of the reasons why the trip was so great. The location is right on high street and everything important is in walking distance. The property was very safe and clean, I loved how it felt like a hotel with a little bit of homeyness. I would definitely consider rebooking on my next trip to Morgantown!

Cute place, in the heart of Morgantown

The place was beautiful, comfy couch and in the heart of Morgantown. The only thing that I would recommend is a noise cancelling machine or earplugs. It was so loud at night from the students at the bars that I could not sleep.

I liked it but there was a foil opened condom package under the bed and the fireplace didn’t work. It would be helpful if there was a small foldable table and a couple of chairs by the window to eat

Ghost Host & Cold Showers We rented this apartment while attending WVU orientation for our son. The check-in process was easy, but that's where the positives end. The apartment itself was only mediocre—somewhat dirty, sparsely furnished, and lacking even a basic table and chairs. The real issue, however, was the complete lack of reliable hot water.On Friday morning, we discovered there was no hot water and had to attend a full day of university events without showering. The host's only response was, "working on it." No apology, no updates, and no follow-up. Hot water eventually returned later that day, but only after we spent the entire day wondering if the issue had been resolved.The next morning, the hot water was gone again. After a hot July night in Morgantown and plans that required us to leave by 10 AM, we once again had to start the day without showers. This time the host replied, "I'll let him know," which explained nothing and solved nothing.When I later asked what they planned to do to address the inconvenience, I received no response. I followed up again the next day and was completely ghosted.Problems happen. Water heaters fail. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for guests after they have paid. I cannot recommend this property.
