Just ok

Have stayed in many places in rocky point, this was a nothing spectacular. Have to check in at separate location to receive entrance code and parking pass. AC was off and locked on arrival, and informed we could not change it ourselves. Owner had to be contacted by our request. No hot water from the sinks, no laundry detergent. Bed sheets do not fit the bed. Food at bar overpriced and not that good.
