The house was great. Neighbors wonderful. Could not believe in the middle of a subdivision you would see:
2 deer - white squirrel - 2 skunks, just hanging out in the back yards. None of the wildlife ever was in our yard but was cool to sit and watch them play. The Grands LOVED it.
After my stay I was charged $450 for my granddaughter’s cup that spilled on the bed that the owner thought was urine… Got accused of the bathroom sink for being clogged when it was already clogged when we got there
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this nicely remodeled ranch home. There were just a few things that were not ideal. Despite there being a no smoking rule listed on VRBO, the interior of the house smelled like cigarettes. We also noticed that the not all of the lights would work when we arrived, along with the living room tv. We eventually realized that the circuit breaker switches had to be flipped. Then everything worked. The minor issues we discovered were a small hole in the wall near the front door, & a broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Other than those small things, the house was wonderful! It's very nicely remodeled. The owner was very responsive, very apologetic, & very nice!
We liked the neighborhood, & we would definitely stay there again! Ryan was a very gracious host!
