The second floor includes four generously sized bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds, along with three full bathrooms—making it easy for larger groups to enjoy both comfort and privacy.

Downstairs, the finished basement adds even more entertainment and sleeping space. It features a game/play room with a pool table and fireplace, plus an additional bedroom with three twin bunk beds and a full bathroom—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard, offering brand new hot tub to relax and unwind. The private swimming pool is a highlight during warmer months (please note: the pool is CLOSED DURING WINTER).

Perfect for our group! This was a perfect house for all of us adults. We had a mix of singles and couples for a tournament at Lou Berliner and this was perfect! A quick 20-25 minute drive, the hot tub was awesome after long days at the field, and there was enough beds and space for everyone!

The house was as described in the listing and photos on VRBO. We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and 4 children (7 and under) to sleep, eat, and move about and play. The house had very nice comfortable bedding and towels. The scent diffusers in the rooms were a nice touch.The main issue we had during our stay, and the reason for the rating, was the oven was broken and we were not informed before our stay. We had 3 families coming from 3 different locations and all brought food to prepare in the house over the weekend that required an oven.There was an air fryer which we used to make small batches of food and the owner was kind to order take out pizzas for the take and bake pies we brought for the first night’s dinner. We unfortunately had to go shopping the morning of the second day to buy additional food for the weekend that we could cook on the range top, air fryer, or microwave.Communications with the owner’s was good with prompt responses. Knowing about the oven ahead of time we could have made different plans.
