Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Sunshine Serenity: Our Perfect Cape Coral Getaway

Our stay in Cape Coral, Florida, was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we walked into the home, we felt like we had found our own little paradise. The house was immaculate, and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were delighted to find coolers for our beach trips, baby toys for our little one, and a fantastic BBQ grill for evening cookouts. The well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house truly made it feel like a home away from home. The weather was spectacular, and the location couldn't have been better—just a short drive to various beautiful beaches and plenty of shopping options. Having the beaches so close made it easy to plan spontaneous outings, and we enjoyed exploring the different nearby shores. However, the highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the pool. Our boys spent hours each day splashing around with the pool toys provided. It was such a joy to see them having so much fun. Everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation was right there at our fingertips. We loved every moment of our stay and are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a perfect, hassle-free getaway in Cape Coral, this is the place to be! Highly recommended.

Great Cape Coral location

The house has a great location in Cape Coral. Nicely appointed spacious home. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Other than no local TV/Cable/Satellite, no complaints. Also, host needs to update pictures because a lot of the furniture has been replaced with newer furnishings.

Christmas 2021

We were fortunate to find this home after our reservation at another home cancelled. Turns out, this home was perfect for us. The pictures don't do it justice! It was clean, bright and airy and the location was easy to find. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking in this area.

Great stay !!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property, everything was clean and the kitchen was better stocked with utensils and appliances than any where else we've rented. The owners are terrific and promptly responded to our questions. We mostly spent our 2 weeks there on the lanai or in the pool, Bianca especially needed this before going back to teaching her 2nd grade class next week ! Also, the neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and our neighbors were very friendly and helped us settle in and feel welcome. Thanks Mrs. and Mr. Boucher ! Craig and Bianca

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. The house was perfect for our family. Maryann and Buck were very responsive to any questions and had great recommendations on things to do in the area. This was our first vacation during the pandemic and we felt very comfortable in their home. Everything was super clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time at Mary Anne's house! It was very accommodating to our needs, great location, super clean and just as decribed. Mary Anne was very quick and very helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend!!

Winter vacation

The house was great. Some trouble getting in the house, no code provided. Don't plan on watching your favorite cable channel, only basic provided. Other than those items it was perfect! We would rent again.

Beautiful and all the comforts of home PLUS!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this lovely home! Lanai with inviting pool allowed for quiet reading or swimming. Biking fun, with bikes provided, in this very quiet neighborhood an extra perk. The owners of this home made our stay perfect in every way. Mary Anne, owner, was very helpful and so pleasant to work with in making our vacation the best ever. THANK YOU MARY ANNE!

We have stayed at many places in Cape Coral over the past several years. This is by far the MOST beautiful. First, the owners could not have been nicer to deal with even before we got to the house. The manager Maria was most pleasant and what a wonderful person, she helped with us with all our questions about the house. When entering the home, the furnishings and décor and view of the pool was just stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. They supplied all the condiments, so don’t go shopping until you check out the fridge/cupboards. We loved the floor plan in this house, if you did have family or friends the one side was theirs and the other side of the home was totally private for us. The bathrooms were spaced out very nicely and good size. The pool was kept clean by a pool service and we were able make use every day as it was heated. So we could get as much sun as one would want. Best restaurants in Cape Coral just added to our vacation. Rumrunners, The Lobster Lady, Fred’s, Fords Garage, Miceli's Restaurant and Fishtales were among our favorites. I highly would recommend this house to anyone with or without children and you would never be sorry. Home was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Thank you very much Buck and Mary Anne for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. Your home will be the first one we will come back to in the future. Loved the Cape Coral area! Convenient to all areas in South West Florida.

The home was very clean and every thing we needed. The owners were amazing to work with.

The house was perfect, and the area was wonderful. The owners had several menus and idea brochures at the house. So we sat by the beautiful pool looking and making plans for the things we wanted to do. The house was so comfortable and so very clean. Had the best time.
