Host was very friendly and welcoming, we had to book quickly with unclear dates for a funeral and he was great to help us not lose the property while that was getting nailed down.
Wonderful stay! Home was as described. Host was friendly and responsive. Very clean!!! For future guests note that the one shower has a very deep whirlpool tub so a big step to get in and out of it!
Our family had to make a short notice trip to Chicago for a few nights and found this property. It was exactly as advertised. It was a great fit for a family if you’re preferring space over a hotel room.

Well located in an all american middle class suburban neighborhood. Two parks easy to walk to. Lots of fun things to do in the home and a working old pac man console machine. Master bed very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Back patio with nice chairs to relax by the grill. Great living room couch perfect for watching the smart TV. We would stay here again… the host was very accommodating and responsive.
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. We were visiting from Philadelphia to spend time with family and explore the area since we’ll be moving back to Illinois next year, and this was the perfect place for our trip.Check-in was quick and easy, and the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Both my boyfriend and I work remotely, so having reliable Wi-Fi was important, and it worked flawlessly throughout our stay.We hosted family for a Fourth of July BBQ, and despite the rainy weather, the house had plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably. It ended up being the perfect place to celebrate together. One of our favorite parts was the neighborhood. It’s very quiet and felt safe, making it ideal for our daily walks and runs. Our only very minor complaint was that the TVs are a bit outdated and slow to use. It wasn’t a big issue since we only turned one on to watch soccer on the Fourth of July.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and honestly wish we had booked a longer stay. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay.
