In the living room, guests can relax on a loveseat, ideal for accommodating 2 people and two accent chairs that can accommodate an additional 2 . Additionally, there are four chairs at the kitchen table, providing ample seating options for dining and socializing.

To respect the community's regulations, only a maximum of 4 cars are permitted on the premises. Blocking streets, mailboxes, or driveways will prompt immediate police intervention. Additionally, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited for the comfort and safety of all residents.
