Brand new 3 bedroom house with 3 queen size beds, one twin bunk bed and 1 sleeper chair. Two full baths, main floor has tub/shower combo, and full size washer and dryer. Outside you will find a large Trex deck with table that seats 6 and a Weber grill all facing an entirely wooded 1.5 acre lot. In addition there is a fire pit and plenty of room in the driveway for your boat. In the kitchen there is a 5 burner stove/convection oven with micro hood and beautiful quartz countertops. Open concept kitchen and great room with incredible views of the outdoors in every direction. Watch the deer run the ridge as you enjoy your morning coffee. Upscale farmhouse design located just minutes from the State Dock, Sweet Shop, Golf Course and more.

This is fantastic property, easily accessible to all that Dale Hollow has to offer. The chalet is impeccably maintained and looks to be brand new! It exceeded our expectations and looks to be the only property of its quality available for rent in the area. I would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect for what we needed. Close to the state park marina, and accommodated everything we needed. Well furnished, and clean. Home away from home! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Dale Hollow property

Great new construction conveniently located just outside of Dale Hollow Lake State Park entrance. House was immaculate and all accessories were exactly as depicted in the description. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely involved in the only minor glitch we encountered. We had an issue checking in as the code was not correctly reset by the previous renters. John stayed on the phone with us until we worked our way through it in a minor time frame. That did nothing to detract from the experience and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a location in extremely close proximity to Dale Hollow Lake.
