Cumberland river sweet spot

5 guy friends fishing trip. House right on the river with a private boat ramp right next to the property. Plenty of parking for 2 boats and 4 trucks. House was well equiped an completely met our needs.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect, relaxing, quiet getaway. Communication with the owners is seamless. House is perfect location. Greeting the morning with a review of the river is a perfect way to start the day. This vacation home has quickly became our favorite.

Hidden Gem

Everything about our stay was great. The house had plenty of room for our family in f 4. The rooftop patio is huge and great for bigger groups to hang out. We enjoyed the fire pit and looking out over the big yard and river. We had fun fishing, and caught some trout early in the morning right in front of the house.
