Welcome to Lake Erie Breeze — a bright, comfortable 3-bedroom home in Vermilion, Ohio, perfectly positioned for exploring everything the Lake Erie coast has to offer. Whether your group is heading to Cedar Point, chasing Lake Erie sunsets, touring the local wineries, or simply looking for a relaxing home base, this single-story 1,100 sq ft home delivers.

THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 (King): A spacious king bed with a 43" Roku Smart TV, closet, and dresser storage.
Bedroom 2 (Queen): Queen bed with a 43" Roku Smart TV, dresser, iron and steamer — plus a private attached half bath with sink and toilet, giving this room its own semi-private facilities.
Bedroom 3 (Twins): Two twin beds — ideal for kids or extra guests, with closet storage.

BATHROOMS
The shared full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer. Bedroom 2 has its own attached half bath (sink and toilet) for added convenience when traveling with multiple adults.

LIVING ROOM
A bright, open living space with comfortable sofa seating and a 65" Roku Smart TV in Guest Mode — sign into your own streaming accounts instantly and without needing to remember to sign out.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals — cookware, utensils, and all the small appliances. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are both provided, with K-Cups, sugar, and creamer stocked for your arrival. The dining table seats 6 comfortably.

OUTDOOR
A gas grill is available for cookouts. The property has off-street driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You're in Vermilion-on-the-Lake, a quiet residential lakeside neighborhood on the east side of Vermilion. Evening walks through the neighborhood offer glimpses of Lake Erie through the homes. Showse Park — a nearly 20-acre lakefront park with walking trails, benches, and renowned Lake Erie sunset views — is a 15–20 minute walk from the front door.

GETTING AROUND
All beaches require a short drive. Main Street Beach in downtown Vermilion is under 2 miles. Linwood Park, about a mile away, has a private sandy beach with day passes available at the gate. Vermilion Valley Vineyards and Paper Moon Winery are just minutes away. Cedar Point is 30 minutes west, the Lake Erie islands are accessible by ferry from Sandusky or Port Clinton (approx. 45 min), and Cleveland's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and sports venues are about 45 minutes east.

GOOD TO KNOW
The driveway fits 2 vehicles. There is no street parking. The driveway cannot accommodate a boat — if bringing one, we recommend arranging marina storage in advance. One hallway closet is reserved for owner storage and is locked.

Family Vacation

Great Little House!

Such a cute house..beds were comfy had everything we needed! Location perfect for a short drive into Vermilion. Could have used some outdoor seating other than that it was perfect!

Remodeled and Clean

This property was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and well-organized, including many amenities that really were above and beyond (coffee pods, creamer, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, kitchen towels, paper towels, etc.). The location was not on the water directly, but we were able to access three very nice beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. The beds were all very comfortable as well. Check in and check out information was clear, and they responded immediately with any question we had. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again if we were in the area!

Beautiful stay

This was an absolutely beautiful home to stay in. Updated home. It has all you would need! Stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, towels, extra pillows, ALL THE THINGS. Bedrooms: Fans in every bedroom.Black out curtains. Nice and comfortable beds. Steamer and Iron present. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We can in for a family wedding, I walked about 10 minutes down the road and on the way there is a cute store as well as a park where you have an amazing view of the Lake. Neighborhood was quiet so no worries with sleep. Less than a 3 minute drive is atleast 2 very good restaurants so it was SUPER easy to grab a quick meal. The host were SUPER fast and responsive - I really appreciated that but also didn’t even need to contact them since they had everything you needed already there! I couldn’t recommend this spot more for your next stay!!

An unbeatable Lake Erie home base. Cedar Point is 30 minutes away, the Lake Erie islands are a ferry ride from Sandusky, Cleveland is 45 minutes east, and local beaches and wineries are minutes away. Wherever your group wants to go, this home puts you in the middle of it all.

Privacy for every adult. The king bedroom and queen bedroom each have their own TV, and Bedroom 2 has a private attached half bath — a practical advantage when two couples or a family with older kids are sharing the home.

Bright, modern interior. The open-plan living area, teal kitchen cabinetry, and natural light throughout make this feel more like a stylish home than a rental. Everything has been thoughtfully set up so you can settle in on day one.

No checkout chores on the coast. Keurig and drip coffee are stocked for your first morning, cookware and kitchen supplies are fully stocked, and the gas grill is ready for cookouts whenever you want.

Vermilion-on-the-Lake neighborhood. You're in a genuine lakeside community — quiet streets, lake breezes, and Showse Park's famous sunset views just a walk away. Close enough to everything, removed enough to actually relax.
