Lovely well preserved historic home in a charming walkable town. We were in Ohio for graduation at Oberlin and the house easily accommodated our family. The beds are very comfortable and there are soothing sounds of trains traveling through the town. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the lovely screened in porch. An excellent property!
We traveled from Marietta Ohio to spend the weekend at the lake. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy. We loved the screened in porch and also the front porch. Nice area quiet and just a short walk to the main street shops and beach. We were able to have a fire with wood that is kept dry was nice touch. We all said we would stay again.
Recommend this property - is a charming old house and Vermillion is a cute lake town. The house is a short walk to the lake and downtown. Excellent stay.
This is a wonderful property with everything you could need. The house is beautiful, clean and stocked with all your needs. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and fire ring with chairs. We all were beyond pleased and would absolutely stay here again.
Beautiful home and well appointed in great location. Loved our stay and host was wonderful in answering any questions so promptly. Would highly recommend for your next gathering in lovely Vermilion.
The location is amazing! Thank you for having beach chairs & umbrellas. We didn’t realize they were there but will use them next time. Thank you for a great stay!
The home was fantastic. It had everything we needed plus! Location was perfect for walking to downtown. The home also had everything needed to cook for a family even more than most rental homes. Loved the historic style and furnishings in the home. I will definantly choose this one again. They had lights on as we arrived after dark. Love, Love, Love
This property is very well located near downtown and beach/shore area. Easy to find parking in town and many good choices for both shopping and dining. (Including a French restaurant with great water views) The property was very well maintained and stocked. We went during a heat advisory and the AC kept us nice and cool. The screened in back sunroom was very comfortable and as the house, had clean modern furniture. I highly recommend!!
