Gas grill, pizza oven, and griddle with an outdoor wet bar. Pool has a heater that can be used as well. Plenty of privacy with Clusia hedges on both sides of the pool cage. Whole house has brand new impact windows and sliders. The pool cage is also brand new. Trash pickup is twice per week, and the landscapers and pool cleaner comes every Monday. The home has hard wood floors throughout and tile in bathrooms.
