When we arrived, we were told there would be an initial supply of bath/hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. There was no soap, no TP, and 1/3 a roll of paper towels. Luckily, I had packed some supplies in an extra suitcase for flight so we had these things. We didn’t have any dishwasher soap or dish soap though so we ended up having a sink full of dishes our first night until we made it to the store. We didn’t go to store right away due to heavy rain from Elsa.The house was clean, but I found popcorn kernels under the dresser in the 2nd master room when I was trying to help my 86 year old grandma with the dresser that has a broken drawer. In that same room, there is a sound system with no explanation for use. We left it alone so we didn’t break anything.We did love the neighborhood! With that said, The beach towels were an awesome touch. We appreciated the beach supplies in the garage as well. The bikes were fun for the kids too! After the first day, the pool cleared out so we were able to enjoy clear water and a great time in the back yard area.Suggestions: add an outdoor fan. The air gets stagnant. There is a rip in the screen outdoors so we had bug issues. A few updating touches in house would be nice. We had bulbs that were out in outdoor lamp so we couldn’t use it. Communication was auto generated and helpful. However, we emailed the first day about the pool being green, received one line reply and no follow up. Communication could have been better.
