Can't ask for anything more- beautiful beach condo
Our family travels to PCB almost every year. We have stayed in many beach front condos, but this is one is an exception. All 3 bedroom are large with it's private bathroom. The 2 master ocean front suites are perfect for us because my sister's family came with us. We LOVE the large size balcony, it is the favorite place for our family to gather, we had dinner there almost everyday. Condo is clean, very nicely decorated., just like the pictures on HomeAway. Owner-Jan was so nice, she gave us early access and late check out. We will book it again next year :)
Great location, clean facility
The condo is in a great location. The bedrooms are a good size, all have their own bathrooms. The owner Jan was easy to get a hold of with any questions and very kind. We would definetly stay there again.
Don't waste your money
Experience with the owner was bad. Accused of smoking in the condo, bleaching sheets, and using a key to get in owners cleaning supplies which none of it was true.
Was denied my security deposit wrongfully and without merit. Will never use this owner again.
First of all, thank you for staying with us for your family spring break. I take comments from our guests seriously and would like to address some of your concerns. This condo is non-smoking inside and on the balconies. It is clearly stated in the Rental Agreement which you accepted. Shortly after you checked out, the cleaning company started their cleaning. Upon entering into the condo, they smelled heavy cigarette smoke in all rooms; The smell from the cigarette penetrated into comforters, lines and beddings. It took the cleaning company more than 2 days to treat the smell of the smoke and thoroughly washed all beddings, comforters and pillow cases.
I used the same house keeping/cleaning company for over 5 years, they are professional and came to me highly recommended. In over 5 years, they only reported twice about guest smoked inside the condo. They are honest and have no gain from misreporting, and therefore, when they report guest smoked inside the property, I have no reason not to believe them. They also sent me some pictures to address other concerns you posted.
I appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. As owner of the condo, I have to make sure that the condo stays non-smoking so other families can enjoy their stay. I am sure as guests read through the postings, they would agree with me to enforce the non-smoking policy.
The property was spacious, well maintained, and wonderfully supplied. Loved the layout.
We found the location perfect for our needs. It was great to be next to the pier. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and would give it an excellent recommendation. It was the first time we ever had contact with an owner. We really appreciated working with her. She was very accommodating.
Beautiful view and superb location
Property is well maintained and its balcony is the best given its the corner one with great 270 degree view of the beach. Condo is near to one of the longest boardwalk.
Master bedroom has amazing view as well with ceiling to floor length glass.
4 TVs in the unit makes it wonderful time for multiple family and kids to have good time. We can't wait for our next visit.
Nice Beach Corner Condo
This is a nice corner unit with one big balcony off the Master BR and living room and a smaller balcony off of another bedroom. Great views of beach and pier. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Large parking deck to protect your vehicles. Grand kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after trying out the ocean. Abundant restaurants and anything else you need are close by. Owner was very responsive and timely with the reservation and communication process. Prompt refund of security deposit.
less than 3 miles from Pier Park, walk to Ship Wreck Island, Pier and nice Restaurants and Wal-mart
