Cozy lake house in Badin Shores Resort!

This resort offers a ton of amenities including a large pool, playgrounds, basketball & volleyball courts, access to the lake, fishing ponds & pier, grills, picnic tables & more. There are two restaurants within the resort and a seasonal food truck. Also check out events at night in the community.

Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed. The second with two full beds. One bathroom. There is an open book nook. A large front porch to relax. Hummingbird Circle is close to the pool. There is ample parking at the home for boats or jet skis.

super fun

the place was so cute, it was such a fun stay. the gf cart rental is worth everything! 10 times over. rent the golf cart! pool is soo nice and big. everyone is so friendly. the beds were so comfy! thank you!

Great little spot to get away and enjoy the summer! The hosts were super flexible, great to communicate with and accessible for questions. The beds are comfy and all the basic essentials are provided. The pool, lake access, basketball courts, playground and Joeys grill were a short fun golf cart away! Extra blankets & towels were provided. The AC was AMAZING since we were there when it was 97!!

Great Community Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay, the gated community had everything we needed, pool, laundry mat, beach, marina, restaurant, pond, horseshoes, putt putt. We chose to rent the golf cart which was a , everyone rides around in carts. Everyone we met was friendly. The restaurant had great good.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable!

My husband, our dog, and I recently traveled to NC to visit our nephew and his young family (who live in the area). While there would have been room for 4 adults, 3 children (ages 5, 3, and a newborn) and our dog, this location was very convenient to their home, restaurants, and grocery stores in their nearby town.Rather, the family came to visit us twice, and we visited their town twice during our stay.We all found this rental to be clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was decently appointed, including ample cooking equipment, an outdoor grill, a standard refrigerator, along with comfortable beds with soft sheets, towels and ample bath supplies.The resort is filled with amenities, for guests of all ages. The children were most enamored with the playgrounds! We grilled and enjoyed the outdoor porch, visiting for many hours!Kristen, our host, was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating, too- all important qualities, especially when one travels to any new place new!We highly recommend this rental and hope to return and enjoy it again in the future!

Cozy Resort Cottage

This was just what we needed to enjoy time with our grandkids on a weekend getaway. Cute cottage, very clean & pet friendly. There are many resort amenities offered. The beach area is pretty with a nice playground, the pool was huge, and we were able to do a little fishing. There is also Cheers Bar & Grill if you prefer to eat out (the food was very good). The host is readily available if you have any questions. We all had a great time. Thank you.

Absolutely Perfect Little Beach BeachHouse

This Little Cozy Beachhouse was absolutely everything as described and so much more! The Host and Hostess are great people, great communication and very respectful to guest needs and inquiries! Close to everything and very nice location with plenty of parking. Can't wait to book this beach house again!

Perfect Place

Cute Lakeside Getaway

We immensely enjoyed our stay here. The property is well maintained and the house is perfect for a couple or small family. The host is super communicative and informative about all the amenities available in Badin Shores. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in a beautiful area where you can enjoy yourself without ever leaving the community.

Cozy Cottage

Great stay at cottage located in Badin Shores Resort. Badin Shores Resort is a manufactured home/RV resort on the lake. Cottage as described. Is clean, cozy and close to main area. Although cottage is not huge, it did not feel cramped with six people (3 adults, 2 teenagers, and energetic 3 yr old). The other guests/homeowners are extremely friendly. Would definetly stay here again.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

Great experience! Property was exactly as described. The home was clean, good location, quiet, and the communication from the owner (Kristen) was fantastic. We spent Saturday at the pool. And enjoyed driving the golf cart around in the evenings. Had dinner at Cheers, watching a beautiful sunset. Great time!
