The house was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is nice. The check-in and check-out process was simple. We had a little hiccup, but the host responded in a very timely manner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully, the house is available the next time I’m in the area.

This house was the perfect place for us to relax. Neighborhood was very quiet. Host provided all necessary info and responded to questions promptly. House was very clean and well- maintained.

A nice new property!

This is a very nice relatively new construction single family home. Nicely decorated and had all of the comforts of home. I would not hesitate staying here again in the future.

Property was excellent. Clean and new. Showers were great. Beds very comfortable. Communication by host was excellent. We had an internet outage and they worked through it with provider to get it resolved in a timely manner, excellent assistance. WiFi signal overall is not that strong, and being able to stream youtube tv was spotty at times, but was able to watch all march madness games. Parking in garage was great to keep car cooler out of the sun. I would recommend this renter and would stay again. Home was very central to lots of attractions and restaraunts. Home is located in pretty quiet neighborhood.1 hr 20 mins away from both Orlando and Tampa airports.

Fun time for All

My family and I stayed here while attending the Rock the Country Music Festival. The house was very accommodating, lots of room for everyone and clean. Beds were comfy. The house was close to our venue with plenty of nearby stores for any last-minute needs.The only issue we experienced was with the water pressure. You could not run both showers or one shower and the washing machine at the same time or one would lose all water. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the experience.
