Top-Floor Oceans of Amelia Condo with New Updates!

Located on the coveted north end of Amelia Island, 311 Oceans of Amelia features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and stunning ocean views. This top-floor oceanfront condo has been refreshed with newly painted walls, new furniture, and new coastal decor.

Take your time waking up and sipping coffee on the balcony, watching the dolphins swim by. Soak up the sun on the gorgeous beach and dip off in the complex pool, both right downstairs. Spend your evenings taking in the stars over the ocean or head to the picturesque Fernandina Beach Historic District, conveniently located two miles away. There are even a few beachfront restaurants only a quarter-mile north, about a 10-minute walk in the sand!

Fully equipped, 311 Oceans of Amelia has a king bed in the primary bedroom, with an attached bathroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom across the hallway. Whip up meals in the nicely supplied kitchen, featuring all-new stainless steel appliances. Laundry is a breeze with the washer and dryer in the hallway. Bed and bath linens are included and the modern traveler can enjoy high-speed Wi-fi.

PARKING: Please note that parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area. Please inquire for more information on property amenities and features. Great view of ocean!!

We really liked the location of the condo, and the awesome windows that gave us a perfect large view of the ocean. The condo was decorated perfectly, which is why we decided to stay there after seeing the pictures online. The large couch design in the family room made it easy for us to all gather.

Idyllic Place by the Beach

I’m sure we all consider time away from work and “real life” to be precious. That’s why we choose to stay in this town on this Island and as close to the beach as possible, and for us, it’s the Oceans of Amelia condos. Our stay here was comfortable and the decor has an island vibe. Most importantly, is the addition of an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean. I highly recommend this condo for your next getaway.

Nice Condo

This condo has decent space for a family of 3-4. It was also quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the serene beach out front. I would say the management company is somewhat stingy with supplies. We ran out of paper towels and TP. If you like to cook plan to bring all of your own spices and some additional supplies. There was only salt and pepper for spices, no olive oil, no cutting board, no foil or plastic wrap. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

We are glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and thought our oceanfront condo was nice, quiet, and comfortable. As for items like toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and so on, we provide a starter set of supplies to help guests until they are able to go shopping. Depending on the length of stay, guests may not need to purchase additional supplies. That being said, if our guests ever do reach out, we are happy to help with extra supplies. On the pantry items, that is correct on limiting spices/oils. Beginning during Covid, we started only providing salt and pepper due to health and safety recommendations. Thanks again for being our guest and if we get the opportunity to host you again please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of assistance.

Great for a last minute getaway!

On the beach in less than 5 minutes; clean property, beautiful view. Wish we had an extra beach chair to use (condo capacity is 4 people). One folding chair. No outdoor games / balls to toss around. people who fly in may have similar expectations. Why purchase these items and leave … I’d rather agree ahead of time to pay XX for a lost item. Spare AA batteries and an extra 1-2 rolls of TP is something I’d expect to have in the condo. Remote to living room TV was out of batteries.
