It was just my husband and me at the home. It was perfect for what we needed. A nice place to hang out during the day before the pulls in Grafton. I cooked breakfast one day and the kitchen is well suppled. the beds are clean and comfortable. Bath is very nice as well. Room for everyone to spread out in the house and have their own space, and also great common area's. Over all, this is a beautiful location and property. Its off the beaten path a little, down a well graveled road with a creek running along side of it. Its up on a little hill. The place if I could give 10 stars I would. Clean, is an understatement. I can tell the owers take great pride in this home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in an amazing area.

Relaxing and great stay! The house feels like a home and is cozy and inviting. Great touches we appreciated were the smores kit and local snacks which were amazing. The stocked pond was where our boys spent most of their time and trying to catch the elusive golden rainbow trout. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Perfect for relaxing between baseball games

We had a great time at the house fishing, playing and hanging out outside. It was the perfect place to relax between baseball games.

Location!

If you want to get away from the world and have your own land with your own lake this is your place. The scenery and location of this house is EXACTLY what we needed. The small local town near by couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. The owner of the VRBO went above and beyond for us and made us feel totally at home. I would go back there today if I could.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. With 4 young adults with us the mall was perfect. Beautiful views. The bedrooms were nice, comfy beds. It does sleep a lot of people comfortably however the one bathroom was a challenge with 6 people. The layout of the house is different there isn’t a main room to hang out in. Great places outside for hanging out or entertaining guest. There’s a couch & TV downstairs but also a bed so we felt like we were in their space. Our crew enjoyed the pond, the owners provided a welcome snack basket which was nice. It had pretty much everything we needed. If we had a longer stay a washer & dryer would be important. It’s a beautiful area & we enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The house was comfortable and clean. The property is beautiful and peaceful. We made some great memories around the pond fishing with our 2 year old niece. The outdoor spaces were magnificent and our pup enjoyed quiet walks with no traffic. We enjoyed watching the wildlife - groundhog, deer, rabbits, turkey and even a snapping turtle. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet little piece of paradise but within a short distance from all conveniences.
