Beautiful Waterfront Home with Gorgeous Views on All-Sports Lake

You will be very comfortable in this cozy, stylish, newly furnished home on beautiful Rose Lake! There are multiple outdoor seating areas with brand new furniture for you to enjoy, as well as a graduated, sandy beach front! You can drag a chair to sit right in the lake water and children can wade in to play in the water and sand. Rose Lake is a 370 acre lake in Rose Lake Township - not too big and for sure not too small. In the summer you can fish, swim, boat, ski, tube, kayak, paddle board, etc, etc. The lake is clean and clear, with a sandy bottom, and is never overly busy. There is a fun sandbar to visit as well.
Sleeping a large number of people is a breeze at this lakefront property! The home has central air, which makes for comfortable sleeping. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One room has two queen size beds and a large closet. The other room has a twin bunk bed and is cute as can be. Also on the upper level is a brand new Lazy Boy queen pull-out sofa bed with an upgraded mattress, located in the living room. The lucky guest(s) who sleep here get to wake up to gorgeous views of the lake! There is a comfortable, stylish full bathroom on the first floor near the bedrooms. On the lower level is a bedroom with a king bed and large closet. There is a large, full bathroom a couple steps away. There is an extra blow up mattress provided as well. All mattresses are new and very comfortable!
The upper level living and dining areas have plenty of space and seating, and the lower level provides additional space to relax, with views of the lake there too. Both areas, upstairs and lower level, have new smart Tv's with free WiFi. The comfortable kitchen is very well-stocked, and there's a brand new Blackstone grill on the patio. There is a bar and refrigerator area on the lower level for your convenience, which leads out to the large outdoor hang-out area, so you don't have to run upstairs for drinks and snacks. There is excellent star gazing opportunities at this lake and two fire pits at the property strongly encourage this past time - one at the large hang-out area outside the lower level and another down by the lake. Sit around the campfire and make lasting memories! Bonus feature - There is a huge garage with nice windows where you can shelter if there is rain, or if the sun gets to be too much but you still want the outdoor feel! It's big enough to set up tables to play games, eat and hang out.
Generous starter supplies are provided, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility. We try to keep a supply of a few general items in case someone forgot something but there is both a Dollar Store and Family Dollar locally. We provide a few beach towels and several outdoor games and are adding to the game collection all the time. There are two kayaks available for use and a private dock. You can bring your boat and launch it at the county park which is on the lake and park it on our dock. There's even room on the property for you to leave your boat trailer. There is plenty of parking space available. We have a pontoon boat for rent.
We are new to VRBO - the house just became available the end of May 24’, and that’s the reason for no reviews yet. However, the price of our property is considerate of this. We anticipate some great reviews by the end of this summer! About the area - Rose Lake is located 30 miles south of Cadillac. Traverse City is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive. There are a few local places to eat within 10 minutes, including The Traveler's Bar & Grill, Mr. Pib's Restaurant, Mineral Springs Pizza Pub & Grill and The Village Grill. The local Cadillac Winery is recommended and very close. A local golfing option is Tustin Trails. If you are into biking or hiking or just walking, the White Pine Rail Trail can be accessed from Leroy or Tustin - 10 min away! This trail spans 92 miles and connects Grand Rapids and Cadillac. Look it up! There are also ORV trails nearby for those who have machines and want to bring them or those that want to rent machines. Cadillac has many entertainment options, including Clam Lake Brewery, which is about 30 minutes away. More off-site entertainment recommendations with details will be provided at the house.
Things to consider:
There are several steps down to the lake. However, because there is a small one track road which runs between the property and the beach, you can also drive down to the lake for a drop off if you want. The little road is rarely busy and there is not a problem crossing it from the property. The steps provide somewhat of a barrier for children to not have direct and quick access to the lake. An adult should always be present with children, in and outside the home. Both decks and the large hang-out area is up several steps from the road, near the house, so the road or cars do not at all interfere with your entertainment. We believe the pictures provided give a good idea of the outdoor set up at the property.
