Welcome to Pelican Cottage - steps away from East Beach and Gould's Inlet! The Pelican Cottage is located in historic East Beach on St. Simon's Island. The home is located on a double lot just over a block away from Goulds inlet. This home sleeps 14 total!

Bedroom layout:
MAIN HOUSE
- Second floor: Master King bedroom and bathroom
- Second floor: Dual twin bedroom and bathroom
- Second floor: Queen bedroom
- Third floor: Private king suite with ocean views
-Third floor: Full pullout sofa bed in the upstairs living area

GUEST COTTAGE:
- Bunk room
- King bedroom with bathroom

Parking:
- There is room for 5 cars to park comfortably! Host is not responsible for finding over flow parking.
*Please do not park on the grass*

Other things to note:
- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
-This is not a pet friendly home.
- Every bathroom comes with a hair dryer
- In the butlers pantry you will find a drip coffee pot and Keurig to enjoy during your stay
- Pool heating is available for $100/day ($300 minimum; $700 maximum).
- Minimum age requirement to book the property is 25 years old.

What a perfect house! We had the best time! Well stocked for everything we needed-rooms were comfortable and spacious! Beds were so comfy! The pool was amazing and the grounds are just so beautiful! Just perfection!

Wonderful house and hosts. Perfect for our family of 12. The pool and kitchen were my favorite spots but the lawn area was a treat too with our croquet set. Just a fabulous set up.

Oh my goodness! What a WONDERFUL property! We have a large group--twelve in all--ranging from five years old to 88. We have been taking family trips together for years, and by far this property has been the BEST. Great kitchen that is well supplied with all your cooking needs; spacious, beautiful bedrooms and common rooms, an amazing 4 story widow's walk (get up early so you can watch the sun rise over the beach!) a great pool/spa, and a very spacious outdoor living area. All of this within walking distance of the beach and about 1.5 miles from the Pier Village. We are already starting to plan next year's trip!
