Everything was in excellent condition, and very clean. Host provided lots of little things you don’t think to pack or usually forget while traveling such as laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, etc. Upon arrival, we had a small issue with the fridge and the host was immediately in contact with us and helped us get it fixed and working. Overall, we had a great time on our trip with a lovely place to stay. Would definitely book another stay if we ever planned to come to Havasu again!!!!!

Truly amazing guest. They were extremely clean, communicated effectively and was patient with us with the minor refrigeration repair. They are welcome back anytime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Super clean and comfortable. It was close to tourist attractions and the condo community was terrific. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub too. Our host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the opportunity to share a review.

The bed was really comfortable and so was the couch - great spot to relax and watch tv. The view of the mountains at the front door of the unit is amazing. It is a cute little unit. The court yard is quiet and nice. The pool and hot tub also looked nice, but we were too busy to use it.

Cozy Condo

Everything was great about our stay. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Neighborhood was very quiet. Very close to restaurants and park.

Hidden Gem!

What a great condo in Havasu! It was extremely clean, fresh linen and such a cute find for our stay. In Havasu we only really need a place to sleep but this surpassed our expectations. It was quaint, charming and perfect for our little family. Not to mention affordable per night which is what sealed the deal for us! We will be staying there again!

Clean, quiet, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. It’s on the 3rd (top) floor and near an elevator and overlooks a nice courtyard. Convenient location to London Bridge. The unit is hard to find as there aren’t any identifying markers on the outside of the complex, so either get detailed directions beforehand or walk down one of the hallways on the ground floor and find one of the maps.

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. It was close to the lake, shopping and dining. The only problem was that the condo is on the 3rd floor and te elevator was out of service our entire stay. Lugging all of our stuff up and down the stairs was very inconvenient. We notified our host. He said he was unaware and that he contcted his HOA who told him it would befixed the next day. We were relieved until we ran into the repairman who told us it would take at least a month. I would still recommend the condo, just make sure the elevator is in service.
