Feel peace + calm in this spacious, serene space. Enjoy the gentle lapping of your own private pool & crickets, or fill the large, open space with laughter, family and friends. Eat indoors or out; the patio & pool are fully screened. Cool off inside without missing out; you'll still see the pool and backyard from the fully-stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bed. The 15' couch seats everyone comfortably in front of the 58" 4K TV. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Great for families!

This home is best suited for families and low-key stays. It’s a great fit for guests looking to relax and enjoy the space in a quiet, residential setting.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After 9pm, outdoor conversations on patios, pool areas, and outdoor spaces must be kept quiet, as voices travel easily in the neighborhood.
Booking is only for people on reservation. All adult guests must have names listed. Guests not registered will incur a $100/person fee + eviction.
Early check-in and/or late check-out, if available, can be arranged for $100 for early check-in and $100 for late check-out.

The house exceeded our expectations and was a comfortable spot for visiting my husband's nearby family. We found things to be clean and the kitchen contained a good supply of dishes, pots, and pans. There was even a great supply of containers for food storage, something that has been absent in many other places we've stayed.Dani was super responsive to any questions and quick to address a couple of small issues. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the house would be available.

The accommodations were great for our family! The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and kid friendly. The host was easy to communicate with. The rooms and pack and play were set up as we asked. We didnt cook much on vacation, but the kitchen was clean, beautiful and had all the utensils we may have needed if we were. Everything needed to do laundry was provided. The house description and pictures are accurate. We had a fantastic time! Thank you for enabling us to have a beautiful family vacation!

The house was a great setup for my family of 6. There were lots of great accommodations for my kids (2-9yo) including a crib and high chair. The kitchen was great and had all we needed. The location is also great because it has everything you need around it and especially easy to get to wherever else you are visiting while there. A stay.

Great Stay in Boynton

Overall SunPointe was great for our family who wanted to be closer to other family members whom live in the area. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is great for cooking. We enjoyed games inside and in the pool. Dani was a great host and extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs. It could use some minor repairs and paint but that wouldn't keep us from coming back again.

Magnificent Stay Beautiful Home

Communication with Dani was excellent. Very relaxing, comfortable home. The pool was wonderful and enclosed by a screen lanai. No bugs! Comfy beds, amazing washer and dryer. Everything you need to cook! Quiet safe family neighborhood and convenient location. I loved this place and will stay again. 5 stars all

A nice community in Boynton

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The host was a fantastic communicator, promptly addressing any questions we had and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to check-out. The house was exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated.However, we were a bit disappointed that the pool was not heated, which limited our ability to fully enjoy it during our stay. Additionally, the main area TV lacked a proper speaker system, which made it difficult to achieve good sound quality when watching shows or movies.Overall, it was a good experience, but these small adjustments would have made our stay even better.

Home away from home

This was a perfect place for our family and stay. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and beach yet located in a quiet family neighborhood. It was clean and had great living space. My only complaint is the set AC situation. 75 during sleep hours is just tooooo hot for this middle aged momma with hot flashes. We got up during the night to adjust but would wake in morning to a 78 degree house. Other than that, it was perfect! I’ve stayed in a handful of vaca rentals in S.Fla area and this is common. I would suggest talking to host ahead and negotiating a temp that works for you.
