Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be a kind and courteous guest. Our neighbors are not on vacation, so please keep noise down. No noise outside between 9pm - 8am.
Booking is only for people on reservation. All adult guests must have names listed. Guests not registered will incur a $100/person fee + eviction.
Early check-in and/or late check-out, if available, can be arranged for $100 for early check-in and $100 for late check-out.

The house was a great setup for my family of 6. There were lots of great accommodations for my kids (2-9yo) including a crib and high chair. The kitchen was great and had all we needed. The location is also great because it has everything you need around it and especially easy to get to wherever else you are visiting while there. A stay.

We had an excellent stay. Only comment about the property is that the outdoor furniture is a little dated and not comfortable.Washer, dryer, fridge and dishwasher all new and modernand in excellent condition

Great Stay in Boynton

Overall SunPointe was great for our family who wanted to be closer to other family members whom live in the area. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is great for cooking. We enjoyed games inside and in the pool. Dani was a great host and extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs. It could use some minor repairs and paint but that wouldn't keep us from coming back again.

Magnificent Stay Beautiful Home

Communication with Dani was excellent. Very relaxing, comfortable home. The pool was wonderful and enclosed by a screen lanai. No bugs! Comfy beds, amazing washer and dryer. Everything you need to cook! Quiet safe family neighborhood and convenient location. I loved this place and will stay again. 5 stars all

A nice community in Boynton

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The host was a fantastic communicator, promptly addressing any questions we had and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to check-out. The house was exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated.However, we were a bit disappointed that the pool was not heated, which limited our ability to fully enjoy it during our stay. Additionally, the main area TV lacked a proper speaker system, which made it difficult to achieve good sound quality when watching shows or movies.Overall, it was a good experience, but these small adjustments would have made our stay even better.

Home away from home

This was a perfect place for our family and stay. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and beach yet located in a quiet family neighborhood. It was clean and had great living space. My only complaint is the set AC situation. 75 during sleep hours is just tooooo hot for this middle aged momma with hot flashes. We got up during the night to adjust but would wake in morning to a 78 degree house. Other than that, it was perfect! I’ve stayed in a handful of vaca rentals in S.Fla area and this is common. I would suggest talking to host ahead and negotiating a temp that works for you.

While we and our 3 kids need to spend most of our time in NYC, we are always thinking about the next time we can visit our house, so it gives us great joy to know that we can share the same great feeling with you. We absolutely love knowing that families are building memories there. Kids are learning to swim in our pool, Christmas presents are being opened, Thanksgivings are spent with family, and games are being played at our table. We love hearing all of your stories and knowing that we can help build those memories.

We love our family-oriented neighborhood. It is quiet, beautiful and peaceful. There is lots of greenery, and often you will spot cranes and other beautiful birds and wildlife right outside the window.

What makes this property unique

Our house is made for family. It is beautiful with an airy, modern, yet grounded and peaceful feel. The ability to see the pool from all the main spaces and master bedroom gives a sense of calm. The high ceilings and spacious rooms allows for ample room to spread out.
