We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice place. Would definitely book it again. Only complaint we had was not enough towels and wash clothes for the amount of people. Had to wash them after every shower . Would have brought our own if we had known ahead of time.

We stayed for 74 days. The house is cozy, well maintained with full amenities and with a view of the lake. We swam just about every day in the pool and walked the park close by. Host was prompt to our every need and helpful. The only minor snag was the location near an airport and highway I95, could get noisy.Overall, we strongly recommend.

We would not host this guest again. Within a short time of arrival, multiple house rules had already been violated. The guests parked on the street despite our stated parking restrictions and lowered the thermostat to 65°F despite the disclosed 69°F minimum setting. The guest contacted us regarding the property’s exterior security cameras, all of which were disclosed in the Vrbo listing before booking. We responded to her concerns and explained their purpose. Shortly afterward, the guests intentionally covered all of the exterior cameras with hats and towels. The cameras recorded them approaching and covering the lenses before the feeds were obstructed. Given the number of house-rule violations in such a short period of time, particularly the deliberate interference with the property’s security system, we terminated the reservation. Law enforcement was called and the guests departed after officers arrived. No damage was found following their departure, and despite the circumstances, a full refund was issued. Based on this experience, we would not host or recommend this guest.
