This house was perfect for our large family! Niki was a delight and very thorough in her communication. The beds are comfy, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed and the pool was warm. We had a blast.

This place is great for hosting big groups, it has a beautiful backyard with lot's of privacy, close distance to a lot of things such as Runyon Canyon and Orlando Studios. Niki the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting LA.

This Hollywood Hills home was just what we looking for, close enough to area attractions yet a secluded sanctuary from the busyness of the city. House offered plenty of space to gather in living room, kitchen, and out by the pool—as well as enough bedrooms for everyone in our four-generation family to spread out for privacy and quiet time when needed. Niki was a great host, answering all of our pre-travel questions and tending to needs during our stay.

Incredible House!

This is such a wonderful house…we easily fit 8 adult men in it for a work trip. Great centralized location, super clean, and great communication with Niki. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

My family and I stayed at the home for a birthday/family vacation. The host was great and the place was lovely for everyone. Enough space for a large group. Having the pool was a great add on for the kids to play!

Everything about this place was exactly what it stated. The photos really didn't do it justice. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room for us 9 to sleep and then have our family over for a lunch bbq. The host is responsive and was quick to resolve any issues. I would highlky recommend

Great refuge in the hills

Friends and I spent a nice long weekend at Niki's property.The house comfortably sleeps four adults with their own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and the poolside grill is a nice amenity. Niki was incredibly responsive and proactive with communications both before and during our stay.

Exploring LA

Location is superb, near all the places you want to be and a great quiet retreat in the Holllywood Hills. Very nostalgic, treading in the footsteps of famous actors/actresses!!! Lovely house, well equipped inside and outside the house.

One of a kind

Very unique home, designed with care and attention. It gives that luxury “on vacation” feel! Lovely location in one of the best LA neighborhoods. Host was also extremely nice and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

This house is incredible. We all had the best time of our lives. Beautiful house, carefully designed, amazing location, and a very caring and responsive host. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable, both indoor and outdoors. It also has a well equipped kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Property & Incredible Host

The host was easy to communicate with during booking. Check in was simple. The property was exactly as listed. Not an ounce of, “that’s not what I thought when I saw the pictures.” Simply put, I would recommend this property to any friend or family member of mine that is going to LA.

Beautiful home in a very safe and fantastic area!

We had the most wonderful and memorable stay!!From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The furnishings and decor are prestine and absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately due to the cold weather we were unable to use the stunning pool. We rented a vehicle which is a MUST in this specific location.We would all love to return in the future for another family vacation.

The house was spacious for our big group and kid friendly. Alarms on exterior doors to the pool and an in pool alarm gave us peace of mind for our young kids. The dining table was large enough to seat us all and there were plenty of rooms for everyone. The house is located at the end of the road so there is no traffic outside!

We loved this house so much. Everything was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos and the house has everything you need for a wonderful time. The house is very private and safe. Fabulous House for LA adventures!

This home was the perfect spot for our family holiday! We were 11 people and all had plenty of space. We were very pleased with the comfort and hospitality of the home and Niki was so responsive & helpful in communication. The location is great - it is a quiet & serene neighborhood with great access to many LA attractions. We enjoyed hiking in Runyon Canyon nearby and walking in the neighborhood. We are thankful for the time in this beautiful home and highly suggest it to any groups!
