Our villa`s prime location allows you front row seats to the most breathtaking sunsets, while you relax in our jacuzzi or pool. It`s is within walking distance from the beach’s restaurant & bar and the various sporting activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking & surfing

Surfers Paradise is outfitted for you to have the most luxurious experience Tobago has to offer, while enjoying some of the best surf breaks with local positive beach vibes. Our love for surf and beach can be seen throughout the villa. Everything was designed to meet our guests’ needs to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay.

The Main house comes with 5 bedrooms which can sleep a maximum of 22 persons with additional pull out beds and futons. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and are fully air conditioned. It has a fully equipped kitchen , living room space and an outdoor patio area.


Above the main house is the `Treehouse’ studio apartment with a stunning ocean front view. The treehouse can sleep up to 5-7 people but is also perfect for couples who want a private, romantic setting. The entire studio styled apartment is fully air conditioned with its own full bathroom & kitchenette. The treehouse also offers its own dining area and patio area, which overlooks the pool, with a perfect view of stunning sunsets, offering a romantic ambience.

Our Surfer’s Lounge is perfect for couples, small families or surfers. It`s attached to the Main House but yet situated in an area that gives you full privacy from the main house with its own private entrance. Decorated with the inspiration of the beach, surfing with a hint of romance makes the Surfers Lounge Apartment an ideal vacation getaway. The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a TV with cable, free wifi, hot/cold water and in a secure compound. There is a small outdoor patio with seating for 4 in the lower gardens of the property and beach access is just 30 footsteps away!

It is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, Queen size pull-out bed and futon and sleeps 4 standard and 5 at maximum capacity.


Surfers Paradise offers an open, spacious courtyard, with a barbecue grill perfect for evening get togethers. Making full use of the available pull-out beds and futons, we can accommodate a maximum of 34 guests. Enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze in a hammock or you can lose yourself with a good book while sunbathing in a lounge chair.

Whatever the occasion, we’ve got you covered. Our resort is eminently suited for weddings, retreats, family re-unions and get togethers at an additional cost.

Please note that if necessary, staff will be on the premises from time to time to do maintenance.

Please note that upon booking, guests will receive a contract that must be signed and returned at least 2 weeks before their arrival. This contract requires all guest names, contact details, and valid identification documents for security and emergency purposes. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and providing this information helps us ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone.

Additionally, please be aware that while our villa sleeps up to 34 persons utilising the pull-out beds and sofa couches, Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests for booking purposes. In cases where the number of guests exceeds this limit, you have the option to either pay for the extra guest fee on Airbnb or directly through us. The extra fee is $50 USD per person per night.

House keeping is available daily from 8:30am - 3pm upon request (for a small fee of $35USD) to change towels, linens, tidy the house and answer any questions you may have.

We are located beach front in Mt. Irvine. The area is perfectly secure with convenient stores and restaurants at close proximity.


Taxi services are easily available and you can even walk to nearby restaurants and amenities.
