THIS 3 level home has 7 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, parks, and the embassy row. You can also view the Washington Monument. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and close to all Georgetown area. Take lyft/uber, metro, bus for travelling to Washington DC including Washington National Cathedral & United States Naval Observatory. There is a bus across the street that connects to the metro station. Private Parking for upto 4 Cars. Surveillance devices (ring cameras): property has ring cameras for security purposes: back door, front door x2, drive through.

1st Floor:
***Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchenette, table tennis table
- Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Day Bed with en-suite bathroom.
- 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds.
- Spacious bathroom.
2nd Floor:
***Living Room, Large Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths
- A spacious living room with TV and Sofa.
- Kitchen equipped with drip coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine, digital air fryer oven, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and basic kitchen essentials.
- 2 dining tables
- Master Bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom.
- 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds
- Spacious bathroom
- 1 dining table can be converted into business meeting table as shown in picture. Projector, screen, and high chair on demand only

3rd Floor:
***Living Room, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchenette
- A large living room with TV and Sofa.
- Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, a Day bed, and a crib with en-suite bathroom.
- 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.
- 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed with kitchenette.
- A spacious bathroom.

****HOUSE RULES****
- Pets are not allowed
- Events/Parties are not allowed —> visitors allowed with Host’s permission only (please note there will be a limitation on visitors)
- Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Quiet Hours: 9:00PM - 7:00AM
- Report any damages IMMEDIATELY. Please do not wait until the end of your stay!!!
- No street shoes allowed inside the house
- No foods/drinks allowed in the bedrooms
- Clean any spills or messes made immediately
- For longer stays, please empty trash regularly into the dumpster located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house).
- Reach out IMMEDIATELY for any EMERGENCIES and unexpected MAINTENANCE ISSUES, like a burst pipe, power outage, clogged toilets, etc...


Please NOTE!!!
- NO FOOD in the SINK; discard all food debris, cookings oils/grease & coffee grounds into the trash
- FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER in the toilet
--> DO NOT FLUSH: tissues, wipes, DIAPERS, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, trash of any kind, etc in the toilet. Please use the trash cans located in each bathroom. For longer stays, please empty bathroom trash regularly.

****Check-out Instructions****
- Gather all dirty towels and leave them in the bathrooms.
- Take out the garbage to the dumpster which is located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house).
- Close all doors and windows.
- Notify host at DEPARTURE.

****Extra Info****
- Early check-in and late check-out is not guaranteed and depends on availability. Additionally, there will be an early check in fee UPTO $300 (extra fee & taxes not included/may apply) for check-in before 3pm and check-out after 11am. Requests should be made BEFORE reservation/arrival! ****Parking****
- Private parking for up to 4 standard vehicles
- Owner’s car will be parked on the property parking lot
- Illegally parked cars will be towed at owner’s expense, the host does not hold any liability.
