PALO VERDE PARADISE-FAMILY RETREAT!!

THIS PROPERTY RENTS DAILY/WEEKLY ONLY BETWEEN MAY AND SEPTEMBER. DECEMBER-MARCH REQUIRES A MINIMUM 1 MONTH RENTAL. NO PETS. This recently renovated 4 bedroom,3 bath pool home is located on the North side of town. Kitchen has all updated Stainless Steel appliances and everything you need to make an inviting meal. Dining Room table can comfortably seat 6. Counter has 4 bar stools for additional seating. 1st Primary bedroom has a King bed and bath with a walk in shower. 2nd Primary bedroom has a Queen Bed with it's own private bath with a Tub/Shower combo. Guest bedroom has a Double bed. 2nd Guest bedroom has 2 sets of Bunk beds with Twin over Twin beds to sleep 4. The Guest Bath has a tub/shower combo.There are Smart TV's in the Living Room,1st Primary bedroom and 1st Guest bedroom. You can enjoy your coffee on the back patio overseeing the Propane heated Pool/Spa. BBQ and plenty of Patio furniture to accommodate all guests. Wi-Fi internet. Garage parking for 1 vehicle. Water Softener and RO system. Reservations 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 each month.

Overall the property was very good. Having 3 full bathrooms was very nice. Access to part of the garage was also very helpful for sxs, bikes, paddle boards, etc. The pool and back yard setup was perfect. Good sun all day for pool and shade in the afternoon. House was well equipped. Lots of towels and linens . Washer and dryer with laundry soap was great. Great communication with host ! We were very pleased.
