Enjoy your stay at this peaceful cabin located just minutes away from many Arkansas lakes, parks and more. Mornings on the porch sipping your coffee are the perfect way to wake up after a restful night tucked behind the blackout curtains with the perfect temperature in the room. With two full sized beds there is room for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, plates etc. Also included is a Keurig Duo and single serve K cups. Bring your own coffee grounds and use the drip function for your favorite morning cup (filters included). A large flat screen TV is connected to Wifi and ready for you to login to your favorite apps and channels. The cabin has a high bar with stools for a quick breakfast before heading out for your adventure.

Nimrod Cabin has space next to it for your boat, motorcycle or OHV. Located in the Weekender Cabins and RV Retreat, this cabin has many other options for travelling adventurers and their toys. Message us with the details of what you are bringing and we have space for you to put it.

The cabin is situated in a quiet small town within walking distance to the local cafe and to the city park with walking trails, basketball and tennis courts and a playground. Just 2 miles from Lake Nimrod boat access points makes this a great destination for fishing. Only an hour from Little Rock and Hot Springs, you will find yourself in a biker and hiker's paradise with Petit Jean State Park, Mount Magazine, Dardanelle State Park and Mount Nebo nearby. With no shortage of fun surroundings Nimrod Cabin is ready for you!

Our stay was amazing! Everything worked great! We had two trucks with boats. Parking was a little tight with how much we had. Was looking for some extra parking and had to steal a non-rentes space.

Why they chose this property

The small town of Plainview is quiet and slow. There are no stoplights around. We enjoy our city park very much. It is well maintained and beautiful. Head out in any direction from the grounds and you will find a great adventure from hiking to kayaking to just driving Scenic Route 7.

What makes this property unique

We are in a unique position that is central to so many great areas to visit. Stay close by at Lake Nimrod to go fishing or venture out further to see what the Fourche River has in store. Petit Jean State Park is one direction while Mount Magazine is in the opposite direction.
