Pointe Haven, right off the North Channel WITH OR WITHOUT PONTOON! 480/330

Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this place! You're close to a grocery store, gas station, restaurants and downtown/boardwalk! You're on a canal that leads to the North Channel, Lake St. Clair, the St. Clair River. The St Clair Flats, the largest fresh water delta in the World, is amazing and give Algonac it's nickname "Venice of the new world". You can fish from the boardwalk or the backyard! We have a 22 foot pontoon for your use and 4 kayaks. Launch sites- a DNR and a free city boat launch within a 1/4 mile. You are welcome to bring your pet after approval (must be caged or on a leash or chain when outside- local ordinance demands it)

It's quiet and a laid back small town right on the Canadian border. It's 480.00 A NIGHT WITH THE PONTOON BOAT OR 330. 00 WITHOUT! DO AN INQUIRY IF YOU DO NOT NEED THE PONTOON AND THE PRICE WILL BE ADJUSTED BY US....VRBO DOESN"T.

The house was remodeled 2 years ago.

Lot size is 495' x 45', you have lots of parking. And you have 35 feet in the canal to park your boat. We have a shed with extra life jackets, flotation mat tube, yard toys. We also have a fire pit by the water.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Family reunion

Enjoyed the place - good location for the various family activities in St Clair, Port Huron and Marine City. We didn’t use any of the water equipment as on the go. Close to Kroger and local pizza. Easy check-in and checkout.

Good parking, friendly helpful landlord, and place was set up well and in my opinion this place was a great value for what you get for the money. Only thing we hoped is that the canal would be a little better for keeping boats but very shallow and weedy and tight. But the parking at the place was ample for boats / trailers.

We used to live with our 6 kids in the area, and just loved the water. Our kids were on it all year, swimming and boating in the summer, and Skating in the winter. We are both from the Metro area, and we really enjoy seeing groups have a great time!

Why they chose this property

Algonac is a small town with small town values. Access to the water is a major draw, and the flats are the largest fresh water delta in the world. Canals, channels, and other waterways abound. Something new to see around every corner.. wildlife, Iron boats, mansions, pleasure craft are all around.

What makes this property unique

We have set up this house with everything we need to host our kids when they come back home, so, it should provide well for your group when you stay. You have a large waterfront lot, another rare thing, that gives you space. The kitchen is fully equipped if you cook, and the restaurants in the area make it easy to eat out. If you have a rain day, Detroit is nearby, and Niagara Falls is only a 4 1/2 drive.
