Great time away from strip

This is a great spot if you want to be a little away from strip. South point is 3 minutes away and a very nice casino. We played golf every day and the place was big enough for us to enjoy each other company but not be all over each other.

What makes this property unique

Upon entering you will find the main level with an open floor plan leading to an elegant living room with dining room and a kitchen attached. Dining room table and kitchen island can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There is a substantial size kitchen equipped with a double stove/oven, an air fryer and a refrigerator fully stocked with all kitchen amenities. Just off the kitchen is the family room featuring 70' TV along with a powder room.
Second floor has a cozy loft with 65' TV and a sofa. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a 55’ smart TV. The master bathroom has double sink and a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds and closets. Bathroom 2 has single sink with shower tub combination. Bedroom 4 has a designated work space with the option of being converted into a sleeping accommodation with a queen size air mattress stored in the closet.
